The way I wish I could give this place 0 stars right now! How rude are all of you on reception seriously. Today the 15/1/24 I went to see a doctor because I'm suffering real bad with my tonsils I could barely breathe. Sitting there waiting for ages 2 of the receptionists were legit stating at me while I was in agony the other one sitting there I kid you not off with the fairies twirling her hair. Finally my mum had it and said look we've been waiting a while now for you to call out our number, This lady literally rolled her eyes at my mum saw how much painI was in and basically refused to see us because we didn't have a healthcare card and said bad luck. I then went to mill park super clinic who treated us so much nicer and helped us instead of being absolute rude to us. After coimg here for nearly all of my 19 years of existence. You will never be seeing me again how rude you left me in tears!

Waiting for turn very long otherwise team and doctors are very good and advise us about good health

Northend Medical Centre have the best staff and Doctors. The doctors take adequate time to diagnose your issues

Too long of wait.n very slow.
I was told an hour wait which ended up being 2 hour wait n still waiting with an unsettled sick infant

I was told the wait for a walk in would be 1.5 hours. We waited 20 mins and was called in. Very happy

After coming here for years and seeing what my mum has come home like from her appointment makes me so disgusted. We will never be returning again because of poor treatment. Doctor Would not even help her and laughed in her face when she said she couldn't afford to get a procedure done what kind of doctor is that? This place has gone so down hill I even refuse to go there when im sick now, id rather stick it out. And one minute you guys tell us to get out and walk-ins aren't available and then today oh all the sudden they are? I cant come back here after years of being a patient here and seeing how downhill its gone, I
refuse to go back people find somewhere else wish I could give this 0 stars

Service was fabulous on my visit. You need to be prepared to have a little wait, but going into any clinic would be the same. Ladies at reception are doing a wonderful job. Please, don't be nasty they are only doing their job.

Very happy with staff and more than happy with my doctor Vivak, who takes the time with you, listens to you and doesn't rush you out. I have not yet had a bad experience there and the girls are very helpful.

Very poor! Been here today for 2 hours! Still haven’t seen a dr! Twice this has happened ask the lady at the desk how many ppl were in front she said two. Went back and asked her and she said 3 that’s a hour and a half waiting while being in so much pain! NOT ON

This afternoon I had an appointment and as always right on time.
I have been going there for years and the service and professional advice is very good

No doctors keep their appointments. But these guys are on another level. Just waited an hour when there were 2 doctors and 3 patients. Before this 3 and 1/2 hours. Waste of time.

Would have given you all 5 if you could make an appointment instead of having to take pot luck on the doctor you get

Love the service in this clinic, all the front desk receptionists are good and helpful except one.

Had an appointment for 8pm. Saw the doctor at 9.30pm and was in there for literally 30 seconds!
I had an abscess on my gum and he didn't even look at it! Just gave me a prescription, I could have asked for anything!
While I was waiting two other patients were complaining to reception that they had been waiting for two and a half hours! What the hell. What a joke

Doctors are fantastic here. Reception when visited were rude and very unprofessional. I do not want to name and shame but diffinatly very off putting. This centre has gone down hill in terms of reception staff. This is not the first time this has occurred either

Some receptionists staff need to be more attentive to patients. (was standing at the counter) staff were busy talking to each other.

Booked an online appointment for 9pm waited over an hour and a half and if I didn’t call up and complain to the reception…would of waited till close time. I don’t understand the point of booking an appointment three days prior when you wait the same amount as walking in. I had my six year old daughter sleeping in a car waiting to get called, unbelievable! It’s not the first time this has happened at this clinic! Turn off your so called appointment booking no point of it stop lying to us when you are useless with appointments. I was better of walking in! Would of waited the same amount or probably less. All I hear from you is dr was running late same excuse over and over again. Management should be shamed of their self because it ain’t managed at all how it should be! You honestly need help with managing this clinic!

Regina the nurse was fantastic and very professional. There are some receptionists that need training.

Very happy with my treatment from the doctor. Disappointed with the nurse who walked past me for well over 1/2 hour and took in someone else that just walked in without going to the front desk.

The receptionist need to improve or change the way they talk to people, they have rude attitude.
