I thought I had locked my key in my car when I was mountain biking. I ended up finding it. The consultant was very professional and understanding of the situation - I definitely recommend these guys.

Very poor quality fob keys. Replaced a set of toyota prado fob keys which costed close to $1800. Within a week trouble started the car could not pick the keys. They blamed a bad batch of batteries which the changed but the problem did not go away. It happened again when I was 500km away and had to start the car using physical fob contact. Took the car back this time the locking button on the other key was not working. The guy blamed me for breaking it. He said someone dropped the keys and didn't want to replace it. I completely denied his allegations and he finally replaced the key. The paint on the key edges has already come off. Now both keys button have faulty buttons. One of them has a locking button not working and the other has an unlock button not working. Opened one of the thinking the batteries are dead but the button completely fall off. The key is very light and very cheap plastic material used. I am not going to waste my time going back its not worth the fight. The second key is hardly 7 months.

I locked my keys in the car at the supermarket, they were called and with me within 30 minutes which was excellent as I had my toddler with me. Super quick and affordable!

I rang at 15: 20 to enquire about getting some door locks rekeyed.

I was very happy that they could attend that afternoon, which I had not been expecting.

The locksmith arrived around 17: 00 and rekeyed 3 door locks. He was friendly and polite and gave helpful information.

The response time was excellent and the price was reasonable.

We were locked out of our house on a Saturday afternoon. Rang, and 23 mins later Anthony arrived. It was a tricky job to get us in but he persevered. Not only that but he diagnosed the problem with our newly installed dead locks and fixed another lock we were having minor issues with. We were very impressed and very grateful. Highly recommended.

$170 for a 3min job where a guy inserts a rod through car door and press unlock button on key which was visible and sitting there on the front seat. Was told on phone that its a complicated job and might require cutting a new key. At the end a Rip off!

Called at 1pm. We're here within 30 minutes and done by 3.30pm. Replaced and rekeyed locks throughout and did it quickly and professionally. Fantastic service.

It's hard to find a business that covers such a broad range of services. I went in to get a few things done for my work and home. They covered everything from gain entry, remotes, safes, locks, car keys, hardware and more from what I can see. Some of my enquiries were dealt with immediately and some have come in throughout the week while others take more time and I am happy to wait as they are more unique. The phones did not stop ringing, they seems very busy which I am not surprised. 5 star business review from me

Useless, called them on the Tuesday to come look at my car and they said they'd call me back, never did until I got onto them the next day. So they said they have to order a part in for me and they'll call me the day after, again, never did so I called them back 2 days later, and they tell me they've closed for the holidays. Slow business who have wasted my time and I'm still locked out of my car.

And then after writing this review and calling them back 4 days later, the owner told me to change my review or he wouldn't do the job, instead of first doing the job and I would change my review. It's not hard to call your customers and let them know what's going on, it avoids situations like these.

The woman taking my call was so helpful but the guy who came out was extremely rude and impatient. Couldn’t get in my car and left me to fend for myself. Swore about being in the f’n” weather to do this job which he couldn’t do. Never ever have I experienced such poor attitude to service. He should NOT be doing roadside assist with this attitude. Disgusting service

Great service, above and beyond when needed and great advise towards lock options for my business when a better solution could be possible. Sorted out the various options we needed for the escape room also. Have been using Wayne and the teams for several years. Thanks team.

Didnt respond to email enquiry re key programming for car. Rang and was told "waste of my time". Shame, because i had another car and 8 doors and windows to do on our business premises.
Just no need to be rude about it. A simple "sorry, we dont do that" would have sufficed. (even though the website says they do key programming).
