Great service and good prices. I needed a new door lock and they adjusted it so that the existing door key was compatible with it too. They also will only sell you what you need and will save you money!

Dropped and broke car key. Went in to get a new one and they repaired my new one. Went to pay and was told free of charge.
It cost them nothing but time but as we all know time is money and I was more than happy to pay something.
Very much appreciated and are now on my list of approved repairers. When next i need their type of service I will definitely be using them.

Damned Tri-Lock seized up Again and I was Locked Out of my house-on a Friday afternoon-20 minutes before North-East Locksmiths Closed-but 'Mick' came out and after bit of trouble, got my security door unlocked and Open! I am immensely Grateful to get inside - it's NO Fun being locked out! A well deserved 5 Stars from Me!

I had a car key and remote that didn’t work anymore, after going to an unnamed car dealership, they basically told me they couldn’t do anything, at which point I felt helpless, rang the guys at NEL and they said no problem and had me a brand new key and remote fully programmed within an hour, highly recommended these guys

What a terrible experience.
The lady on the reception desk was caring and understanding, but the "manager" we were directed to was incredibly rude. A friend accidentally locked my keys in my car during an extremely overwhelming incident. Lucky I had JUST grabbed my young son out!

Honestly, if this guy wanted to get his point across sooner, he would have just told us to f off.
I have used North East locksmiths twice in the past and used to recommended them to others. I will no longer be doing so.
You have no right to treat your customers so poorly.
By the way, after you laughed at my friend and told us we wouldn't be able to get into the car without your assistance (after you spoke so horribly to her) we were assisted by a lovely gentleman who lives in the street and within half an hour, we had them out. He wanted nothing but a handshake and a thank you.

Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.be carefully guys before you all deal with them! They are not honest especially on payments.over the phone they will say one price&once you get in there to fix your car keys or etc they will charge you more then so disappointed &when I call &speak to them that I over charge that lady was so rude &say she dint mention about the prices! &I have the proofs that when I ask her about the payments she did ask someone &let me know the prices! So just be aware as they are not being honest at all!

**try not to use these guys** Arrogant and useless at their job. Called in to get keys made for a commercial property. Made the wrong keys (57 of them) and turned up 1.5hrs later to sort things out while staff waited to get into the property. Told me over the phone that I called in a rush in the morning, which does not imply that a locksmith will make wrong set of keys when the website mentioned 24hours service. Some staff member told me to wait on site while they get their, while some said they asked me to come to office with all keys. Misleading information given over the phone by different staff members. Came to site 1.5hrs later and says the locks have been changed over the years, which is incorrect as we are using keys made by them with their contact details on all keys. The guy was ill-mannered over the phone, he really needs to get over his "dad" attitude and treat customers like a customer. There is no need to get grumpy if someone calls to get keys done in the morning - if you provide 24hrs service + gives you on-going business + pays good $$$ for it.

I am so very impressed with the service from North East Mobile Locksmiths and Mich in particular. I was kept up to date regarding time of arrival, the initial job was completed quickly and Mich was so friendly and personable and even fixed a couple of other little issues for me for no extra charge. I'm new to Albury but this company will always be my first call for any locksmithing jobs. Thanks guys!

Cannot rate these guys high enough, absolutely fantastic to deal with. Very competitive pricing. I've used them for work and personal, won't go anywhere else now.

One phone call to NEML and Anthony turned up 20 minutes later from another job. Half an hour latet I heard the camry come to life again. Highly recommend the crew at NEML.

Lost my car keys after stopping for lunch while driving to Victoria. I called a number of different places but Anthony was the only one with the expertise to create a new key for my model of car. He was so easy to deal with and was on his way within 10 minutes of my call, despite the fact it was a Sunday! If you you have an emergency, do yourself a favour and give Anthony a call!

Had Errol (he is a gem and very friendly) from NE locksmith, come out on a quick call to fix our key and was quick to respond, professional and provided fast service. We were back in our old loved car just with his help, after he arrived. Highly recommend!

After moving into my new home I wanted to change all my external door locks so that I only have one key for all of the doors. They tuned up on time and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Albury Wodonga area!
