I needed to come here after falling and injuring myself requiring treatment. The reception team were helpful and arranged for me to see nurse promptly. The doctor and nurse (sorry did not note names) were very professional and I was treated well throughout, even though I must have caused unexpected work. Many thanks.

My family has been going to this clinic for a quat few years and we know Doctor Melissa Soares for over 15 years form her previously place (Stud Road Medical Clinic). The best practitioner I’ve seen! She is highly knowledgeable and one of the kindest, caring and delightful people you will ever meet! Dr. Melissa not only taken great care of my health but also, she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. The front receptionists are patient, polite and professional.

Had to wait over an hour after the allotted appointment, not happy, no excuse provided. Doctor Blake provided a sound diagnosis about the issue.

Worst experience. Went to see GP Dr. BLAKE, Waited for 50 mins and no sign of Doctor. Upon inquiring, the receptionist offered me to reschedule some other day without even apologising my waste of time.
Never coming to see this Doctor again.

Doctors are good, reception and phones is lacking. Good luck trying to make a phone call with any success. Sometimes it’s just “engaged” all afternoon. If you do succeed on speaking with someone the line is terrible and broken,

I had my vaccinations done at this clinic, the doctors were kind. But I had to call the clinic over a medicare issue and talk to a extremely rude indian receptionist. His tone is impolite and i had to hold back from swearing at him. He does not know how to talk to patients, he sounds agitated he has to be on call.
