Excellent service and quality. I took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned after 3.5 years and it came back looking brand new.
Very reasonably priced compared to other wedding dress dry cleaners.
Would highly recommend based on how my dress turned out.

I've been their customer for many years and was never let down on quality, price and customer service.

I got ironing done by this company and they looked like they got a blind person to do it. I’ll have to fix them at home (and mind you I am not a perfectionist!). Don’t waste your money, I won’t be taking my clothes back there.

This business does not merit and deserve any stars. I was overcharged for dry cleaning services by $11.00. Norma's Dry Cleaing failed to count the amount of items I had brought in on the day, as I was written a price on my docket that day and that should be the binding agreement price. If they fail to count the amount of clothes or items a customer brings in, that is not the problem nor error of the customer. That becomes the problem of the employee and thus Norma's. One of the lady's rebuttal was that one of the shirts I brought in had extra marks than my other shirts and was extra work. That is quite a careless response and has no relevance, as that is why I brought the clothes to be dry cleaned in the first place. This is bad customer service and I will certainly be taking my business else where from now, even it costs me more. I suggest people be weary of this unprofessional behavior.

I dropped off a suit (jacket & 2 pairs of pants), and the staff member wrote $16 on the receipt I was given. I collected it today and was charged $18.95. When asked for a refund of the amount on the receipt, I was told that it was a mistake and they had not counted the items. When told that wasn't my problem, there was no response.

Avoid this business at all costs. They are not reputable and there will be far better options. I'll just have to find them. I just hope the suit is actually clean.

Never again, and I suggest all consumers look elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience. They ruined 2 tops. Each worth over $200 each. The owner then yelled at me and gave me $100. The tops were destroyed and i received $100. What a joke of a place! Stay far away.

My family and I have been bringing our clothes to Norma's Quality Drycleaners for many years. They are very good at what they do and they are kind and friendly people.
