Norma's Quality Drycleaners - Pick Up & Delivery Services Now Available

Went to pick up my items and was informed it's cash only - couldn't see any obvious signage stating this and I wasn't told when I dropped them off. Now have to leave my stuff there until the next time I'm able to come and get them.

Been here numerous times and have never had an issue - quick, easy, affordable.

However, the last time I had dropped off some clothes they came back with pink stains on the lining and two garments had changed colour too, becoming more dull and pink toned. One piece was returned in very poor condition with pink splotches and dirt marks that were not there prior to drop-off. She offered to reclean the items, explaining that they had forgotten to turn on the steamer and the solvent was new and takes time for it to be clear (only the shirt was left for recleaning as they couldn’t clean the mess they had caused in time for pickup - and I brought all the stained items home having not checked beforehand). I had to come back two times over the span of two weeks to see the garment with no improvement, despite her saying it just needs to be cleaned multiple times. Even asking for reimbursement of her services was bothersome, as she haggled to give me the “fair” amount - not accounting for the time and money driving back and forth and the damages caused to the garment that may never be fixed. The service on this instance was $40… and throughout this whole ordeal I was asked to show some compassion.

Although I didn’t take up her offer to reclean the pants that had stains, it’s very clear that it likely wouldn’t have been cleaned properly.

When the dry cleaning is good it’s fine but when it’s bad the service is incredibly unprofessional. When a mistake was made on their end, there was no adequate remedy and a major lack of accountability.

So in the end I had a horrible experience, and left with a partial refund and some stained garments.

Have been coming here for over 10 years and always get good service. Picked up our doona which they managed to get perspiration stains and coffee stains out of. Always find them very friendly and professional.

The best place to go for your dry cleaning needs. Affordable and reliable. There was a tiny tear in a pant I gave for dry cleaning and they fixed it for me without any extra cost. I’m definitely going back.

I gave my quilt to dry clean few days back, I didn't expect to have a foul smell and dog hairs on the quilt. It was very disappointing but I like the way staff responded, they accept their mistake.

NOT AT ALL HAPPY. Used them many times over the years but a few weeks ago I took a jacket to have the sleeves shortened. Paid. She suggested a dry clean for a mere $5 so I agreed. On collecting it the sleeves had NOT been shortened. I asked and was told a fee again. And higher than the first time. I walked out never to return.

My cream linen jacket had red wine all over the sleeves and amazingly it was returned with the stains all gone. ️️️️️️ This Drycleaner.

Disappointed, unprofessional as I was told they only take cash. Therefore I got in my car to drive and woman ran out to tell me they do actually take eftpos. This is not the sort of service you want during corona times plus it wasted 10 minutes of my day.

Working staffs are very responsive with efficient service in absolutely reasonable price. My dress is looking like newly bought. Whatever the occasion is they are always ready to serve their customers in a gentle way. Must visit and truly recommended.

This is probably the friendliest dry cleaner I've been to. Always makes you feel welcome. Fair prices, a great job done on all types of garments (they’ve even re-stuffed and sewed my puppy’s bed back together.more than once) and incredible, incredible customer service.

Can’t speak more highly of this place! Excellent customer service and they were able to pull off a true miracle saving my white shirt from an unfortunate stain. Perfect service, very helpful and super flexible. Extremely nice owner willing to go the extra mile to solve problematic stains.

Very helpful staff and handy opening hours. Reliable and dedicated to doing their job to the highest standards. I use them weekly for cleaning clothes and they have taken the best care of my dresses removing all the stains I managed to pick up on it. Truly much efficient.

Overall a positive experience. The person doing the customer service was very professional. Wasn’t costly too. My curtain came back with no defects. From the one who pick up my call to the driver who removed and installed my curtain. We are new customer here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else again. Efficient staffs too. Really satisfied with their service.

On-time pick up & drop facilities has helped me and saved my lot of time. Apart from quality dry cleaning the other services like confirmation over the phone about pick or drop, minimizing the delivery date etc are also upto the mark.

This place is a lifesaver! The lady who runs the business is very professional and nice, and our clothes were clean and dry in an hour. Gets busy so arrive early if you go on the weekends. Surely coming back to you.
