I ordered beef skewers… they looked like dried rat meat! Tough and horrible! $9!
I also ordered Beef Char Ho Fun…it was mainly noodles, bean shoots and onion… where was the beef?
I would not buy from here again…

I have been coming here for the past 2 years. Today I ordered lunch through menulog to pick up. Order was confirmed by resturant and paid for. When I arrived the shop was shut but there were staff inside. I knocked and was just shooed away, I called the store multiple times to explain that I had paid for my order. I was rudely ignored by the staff, I went home hungry and upset. Will not be ordering again!

These guys are awesome, if a bit overworked at the moment!
Courteous, quick, flexible, and the food is really tasty; we frequent them fairly often.
Unfortunately they have been SO popular that times get a bit blown out, but as long as you ask how long it will take it is manageable.
It seems like they have been smart enough to turn off their various delivery options/apps when super busy, but thankfully for us, they're really close!

Many kinds of interesting food to eat different styles or dishes to choose from. My favorites and affordable to eat anytime the day.
Healthy and Balanced and energized after each bite while satisfied. Smiles

Our go-to takeaway place. Too many options to choose from. Loved their combination noodles. Their spring rolls are the best! Ordered wonton noodles last nighy, the wonton was yum however, the vegetables on it (brocoli) tastes a bit old.

Haven’t tried much yet but their homemade pork pan fried dumplings has been my favorite though the menu says 12 pieces dumplings but end up I realized I only got 10.

They never fails to give great food and service.i been going there since they start.and yes its a looong time

The food was great I never went into the shop though I went around the corner while my missus daughter went in my car was parked out the front of the shop and someone bent my rear windscreen wiper out and over the the spare wheel of my landcruiser so watch where you park your car

Don't get food from this place. Food is not fresh. Poor taste. Waste of money. Need to learn how to cook. What a joke.

Made us wait for over an hour for an uber eats order and then cancelled it after I called them to check how long it's gonna take and got told 20mins more on top of the 40mins wait. 20mins later I got a message that it has been cancelled. What a shame!

We got a delivery from Noodle Jone through Menulog delivered over an hour and a half late (2.25hrs after placing initial order, 1.5hrs after expected delivery time). I called the restaurant during this time and they offered no explanation or apology. I would've cut them some slack if they offered at least an explanation. Food was delivered semi-cold. Mediocre food quality that was not worth the ridiculous wait.

No prawn / seafood in the special combo. Second time being given a dodge order. Taste great but don't give the goods ordered.

Not a bad thing to say after my first try last night, I had the seafood noodles. Bit spicy but good sauce just needed a little extra handful of seafood so the bottom noodles had some. Over all will return!

Ordered black pepper beef, really enjoyed the flavours, just lacked the beef. Could count the amount of pieces on one hand. Could do better with meat content.

They put fish in my noodles when I wrote 3 times not to, I can't eat shellfish. You're extremely negligent and I refuse to order food from you again

Noodle Jone use to be the best food good service. Now very average food very poor service they make you feel like your putting them out making a order. I will be going back there again

So, Noodle Jones, Frankston what can I say? No snow peas, no mushrooms, no broccoli, exactly what are we paying for? ! Not only that, but the noodles are rock hard and no taste at all! Used to get great service there but these new owners need training in how to supply and cook decent food. NOT GOING AGAIN AND CANNOT RECOMMEND! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS THEN I WOULD! Also charged full price despite missing most of the ingredients as stated!

Love this place. I have a standing Monday night dinner here. Choice is great and the pricing is good. Highly recommended.

Been a long time customer but sadly has gone downhill. Tasteless, very shy on the meat, prices gone up and quality has gone down! Service is not what it use to be! When given feedback no apology received. All round fail! More like NOODLE DON'T!

My go to noodle box really enjoy the food here good value for money if you get the younger looking chef who wears the glasses I feel his food is better tasting than the older guy
