Nine Elephants Thai Restaurant reviews
53Loved the variety of dishes served up here in an intimate and cozy atmosphere with friendly, welcoming and efficient staff.
We originally came in for a quick bite. Ordered spring rolls and pad see ew, both were delicious. Definitely coming back to try other things on the menu.
Nine elephants is just couple of mins away from Southern cross station next to the Hof Downtown.
The staff at night is not that welcoming however food is of same quality every time we visit.
We ordered stir-fry and green curry which was flavoursome however if you ask them to make spicy or dont mention the spiciness level it is going to be burning hot. Rice need to be ordered separately but the rice portion is double the size of what other Thai restaurants give.
Delicious food! The crispy pork was indeed crispy even though it was drenched in sauce, so definitely a plus!
This is a cosy little restaurant. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The best part is that the food is fresh, we'll priced and has good portions. They cater for vegetarians. Most dishes can be converted to vegetarian. I ordered the Stir Fried Spaghetti. It was lovely. It had a bit of kick to it on the spicier side, but that's how I like it. My companion ordered the Red curry with coconut rice. What a great combination that was. The only downside is that the place can be cramped up as it is tiny. They have outdoor sitting which would be great for summer.
Best Thai food in Docklands and CBD.
Small cozy place.
Need booking.
Very spicy unless you specify.
Worth time and money.
If you are after real spicy food, please visit here! Order Garlic chilli rice. Overall liked it, though a bit expensive!
Spring rolls were good however the chicken cashew nuts were disgusting ️. Very expensive for what I got
I'm a customer since 2014. It was the best Thai restaurant until last year when the things started changing. Booked a table for 3 people for today and was given a two seater table with extra chair. Little congested. The waitress was in hurry while taking the order and had to call her multiple times to complete our order. It was strange. Hav to think twice going forward with the inconsistent food quality here.
Absolutely Beautiful Authentic Thai, fresh and delicious food. Excellent Customer Service, Friendly and Engaging. We had Signature Nine Elephant Spaghetti (Spicy). It was absolutely fantastic You need prior booking for this place. Highly Recommended
I really want to try more of their dishes, but every time I go, I keep ordering the Pork Belly fried rice and it’s consistently good.
Had a lovely dinner here. It was in a nice secluded spot so it was quiet. The food was delicious and it is really well priced.
Had the Thai Green Curry as part of a mealpal lunch. Chicken and vegetables were tender and the sauce itself had a nice kick to it. Will definitely be back.
