Nillumbik Estate

A pleasant surprise find in Smith's Gully. Sparkling white was great, pizza's were yum. View from the deck over the vines into the valley was great. Not cheap, but good for a special occasion.

Had a wonderful time. The view from the deck was lovely and the pizzas were delicious (although bigger than I expected!). Really enjoyed all the wines we tasted and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Terrific food with amazing views. The staff are friendly and quite attentive. It's not fine dining, however, the food quality is of a high standard. The drinks menu is not vast, although there is something for everybody. This is now our third time, and will definitely go back again!

Had a really great time here. The autumn views were stunning, the wines I tasted were excellent particularly the sparkling and the pizzas we tried were delicious.

It was so lovely to take a day trip out to the Yarra Valley for some wine and pizza! The pizza was delicious and demolished (strongly recommend the Margherita and Prosciutto).

Domenic’s Paddock - Pinot Noir
Francesca - Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay

We loved:
Honestly, all of them were great, but the Francesca was so unique and fresh and different. Needless to say we got a bottle to bring home.

We used to go for take away and picnic while Covid related restrictions were applied.it was just our place to go, because of delicious pizza and wine, breathtaking views, serene environment, attentive staff. Highly recommend and will be back.

Lovely setting. Pizzas were great. Highly recommend. It's a bit of a drive, But the views are sensational.

The location is beautiful. The pizzas are fresh and yum. Loved it. Great wine options. Dining with a view is available. Booking a table is important as it's mostly booked out during weekends. The staff is friendly. Would love to visit anytime for a quick getaway.

After a 16km Sugarloaf Reservoir the pizza was just what we needed. It was great and almost got around to ordering one more. I look forward to coming here when you can eat in and taste their wines.

A fantastic venue for a special event. Nothing is too hard for the dedicated team at Nillumbik Estate. Great service, delicious food and amazing wines.

This must be one of the best cellar door restaurants, great food, best grapes/wine grown on the property.
The best views of king lake, not to mention, the best atmosphere, there is a vibe about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful relaxed location nice drive thru. Kangaroo ground 10 mins from Eltham. Scenic outlook from dining room. Exceptional wines the type you only get from small dedicated wineries with talented wine makers. No nonsense service and food, hearty homely and fresh ingredients. Thouroughly recommend it.

June 2019 - Went for a birthday lunch, we had a platter, two pizzas the Greek lamb and pepperoni both delicious, and a bottle of Old Earth Barrel Reserve Shiraz 2013, really nice. Lovely restaurant & atmosphere, perfect for families or groups.

Beautiful little winery/pozza restaurant. Small vineyard nestled amongst the eucalyptus forrest. Pizzas looked tasty. Very small tasting bar. Free tasting of 4 wines or $5 for a full flight. Wines are reasonable, some cool climate some from Heathcote. Out of the way but worth the effort.

They have a rule that you can't have dogs on the deck and try to pass it off as a 'health and safety ' concern, then relegate you to a windy picnic area with no view. Bread is pre cut and stale. Wine, cheese, meats and oil were all very nice.
