This is by far the best clinic for remedial massage and Myotherapy. I have seen Jane, Liz and kylie who were all fabulous in their own way making it difficult to pick a favourite. I have found the staff to be attentive and thorough in the discussion pre treatment to understand what is happening and the goals of the session that day. Everyone is knowledgeable and experienced. Cannot recommend the team at this clinic enough!

I’ve been seeing Jane for the last month, I came in with a variety of issues from Knee, ankle and shoulder injuries and back pain to overall stiffness in my body. I do a lot of running and find they are very good at finding the sore spots, which keeps me on the running track. Highly recommend.

Nikki is a really intuitive therapist, she easily locates all my tight spots and uses pressure that is firm, but not too deep so I feel improvement without the post treatment soreness. Particularly love her use of cupping too,
