Love GRRM. I am greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable. Nicole listens well and has such an intuitive way of working, the environment is relaxing and I always walk about feeling my better self physically after treatment. I have been seeing Nicole for a few years now can highly recommend. She also has great advice and sorting out niggles at home.

Nicole gives a beautiful, nurturing, restorative massage which eases all the muscle tension.

It's amazing how long we can neglect our bodies but it's certainly worth making an appointment with GRMM to sort out any issues. Better sleep and feeling like your younger self are just the beginning. Next year, I hope to make my visits far more regular for even better ongoing results and maintenance.

Wow, wow, wow! I walked in tense with headaches and sore lower back and coccyx as well as a very foggy head. Walked out relaxed, alive and alert. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I can't thank you enough and will be back on a regular basis.

Had an incredible remedial massage today with Michael. So much so, that I booked my son in for a treatment as well. Michael’s communication of what he was doing was clear and thorough. The pressure and touch of the massage was perfect, and he constantly checked in to make sure I was ok. The tension in my neck and shoulders has gone, ahhh the relief! And the after care advice was excellent. Can not recommend Michael, Nicole and the team at GRMM highly enough. I would not go anywhere else.

I have nagging back pain that was being treated very slowly by other practitioners, but Mignon at GRMM Remedial Massage targeted the trigger point in the very first session with a multi-pronged approach. The treatments were great and I really appreciated her decisiveness to plan and carry out treatment without hesitation or delay. Will definitely be back.

The space at GRMM Orr st, is such a lovely
one with beautiful artwork adorning the walls and you immediately feel a real sense of calm and peace as you enter. Nicola and the team are wonderful at understanding your needs. After initially being a little apprehensive about cupping treatment, it is now my go to for post training recovery!
