Awful, disinterested service. Don’t bother if you’re seriously looking for guidance on what type of shoe to purchase.

Thank you for the outstanding customer service during the busy weekend time. We appreciated your knowledge of footwear choices, made it much easier for the kids.

Never seem to have anything in stock and also they will be selling the same item as rebel and they will have it cheaper over there. Also not a very good size range, will not be shopping here until some major improvements are made.

One star is too much for them. I am a customer that spends thousands of dollars in their store but definitely not anymore. Bought a faulty shoe which I returned with the receipt but store management made up every possible reason not to take responsibility in such a rude aggressive manner.
Customer service comes first!
Called up Nike head office to find out that each Nike store is privately owned and head office have no control at all.
Rather shop at Rebel where they do take responsibility

It’s a shame that they ruin the Nike name. Bought a $280 shoe that was faulty. Manager through a fuss when I bought it back and was assessed. Would not replace or repair. Scrolling down the reviews I see many people have the same issue I think the sell fake shoes!

Today I went into the Nike Westfield Doncaster store to exchange a faulty shoe (Women's Running Shoe Nike Odyssey React) that I bought on Oct, 12 2018.

I bought two pairs of this shoe (one women's and one men's), thinking that it would be great and would last a long time since it was so amazing when I tried it on. The shoe was fine up until mid-November 2018 when I could start feeling a click in the right shoe, which also made a clicking noise!

I was however told that I need to leave the shoes there "otherwise there's not much they can do for me. " I said, Ok, give me 10 minutes, I'll quickly go and grab some other shoes to wear then I can leave these here. Fine.

When I got back, wearing the newly bought shoes (that I really did not need), I was told to leave my faulty shoes on the counter and she would "write them up. " I had not given her any of my details, she did not ask me anything about myself, they did not even apologise for the inconvenience - nothing! I felt like I was being treated as if though I am an inconvenience to them, which I get, yes it is inconvenient that I brought the shoe in because it is faulty! I also work in retail.

Then, I asked her, what if they cannot identify the problem (after which I've been told that I woud be waiting 10 day + for the outcome. This was still semi ok with me, but when she told me that there is nothing that they can then do for me (if the shoe was not found to be faulty). I replied, with "well, that's not good enough, I already have to wait so long for it to be assessed. " she then had a go at me for being rude, which i do not think I was at all, I just expeced better service!

Anyway, I paid $180 for the pair an did not expect it to give me any issues at all especially not within 2 months time, because I buy ALL my runners from Nike!

I am really disappointed that I was treated like that at the Doncaster store - I felt like I was of no value to them and was being treated like I was nothing. I would like to get my shoes fixed or replaced without me having to worry about this issue anymore. I really expected better service or even just if they cared more about their customers!

Terrible experience in general. The lady at the counter could do with some customer service skills. She really was a joke! I recommend JD Sports for service and products. Did I just recommend another company on a Nike review.

Great service here! Was helped by a young lady with some runners and she knew all about the different types and what would suit my needs. Very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this store!

WARNINGS:
DO NOT purchase any Nike stuff from Westfield Doncaster and Chadstone Nike stores. They are affiliated with each other. Their policy which is far different from other Nike stores who are all franchises in different shopping centers.
While other stores can give you refunds if you change your mind or exchange the purchases goods which is lower cost than the original price, these two stores will only give you a credit notes which valid for 12 months.
My first and will be the last time to shop in this store

I was served by a nice young handsome man named Jackson. I was buying shoes for my grandson and he was extremely helpful, he offered to try the shoes on for me so I could see what they looked like and even ran around the store so I could see them in action. I loved it, he looked great. He was also very knowledgeable on all of the stock which made my choice for my grandson even easier! Highly recommend this store and if you go, ask for Jackson for a 10/10 Nike experience.

Little overpriced when you compare it with other multi brand stores for shoes who sell nike. The store just opposite to it named Rebel was selling the same shoe for $30 less than what nike store offered to me. I know even they need to run the store and salaries need to be given to employees but in the end they loose a customer as I bought the same shoes from Rebel. I don't know why big brand store does these kind of silly things. Then need to understand the success's model of bunnings, Woolys and Coles.

Saturday 10/02/18 - Doncaster store- Wish I could leave a zero.store was deserted I had to ask to be served and try on a pair of shoes, would have worked out better if I served myself, the girl who “helped” was so bad at her job it was laughable. She just didn’t care and obviously didnt want to be there, this was pretty clear. She had a poor knowledge of the product and actually didn’t listen to anything I was saying. She was severely lacking in basic human communication skills. Some serious training needed or better yet hire someone who wants to be there. I won’t be back and would be suggesting the same to others- thoroughly disappointing
