Nike

Would give a 0 if I could. Was not given options to sell the shoes, just told me oh we don’t have your size. Was looking for a size 10-11 and they said they don’t have them. Asked for a size 10.5 and then they finally budged. Wasn’t given a bag once I purchased the item. The shoe box was pushed onto me and the employee Annabel didn’t give any smile, looked like she wanted to quit. Even a high schooler could have done a better job.

Really great range of runners and I had a lot of help from Joel who assisted me in finding the ideal shoes his product knowledge was excellent. Will be returning when I’m due for my next pair. Thank you.

I was wanting to purchase a shoe and a blonde lady at about 11: 30am 2/03 wouldn’t let me as it was a ‘display’ shoe only… she was rude and the experience was terrible. Poorly handled. Wont be going back. Fix the staff asap.

Absolutely appalling was denied service of buying Nike dunks, went in there to buy a pair for my sister they told me that she had to be instore to buy them even if I had her on the phone, drove 40 minutes to get them for her for to be denied service, my friend tried to get a pair In his size they said they don’t have any in size 11 but the display shoe was size 11 and they said they couldn’t sell him the display shoe, what do you guys do with the display shoe stock? Throw them away! Asked them for the sizes they had in stock, told me that they aren’t allowed to tell me! Why have stock of shoes if you don’t allow customers to buy any, don’t even bother with Nike Doncaster

Unhappy experience-
I was shopping and saw a pair of Nike dunk Valarians.
The lady in the green hoddie did not let me buy as they were "not my size".
These were for my cousins, extremely unhappy.
The other two were nice, the guy in the liverpool top and the other girl.
Not green hoddie.

Went to exchange a top I got for Christmas which was too small. Lady said “I’ll do it this time but next time don’t take off the tags. ” I had the tag and the receipt with me. Lady was unbelievably rude and horrible, left there thinking I will never set foot in another Nike shop ever again.

Zero customer service. Staff having a bad day and take it out on customers. The reviews on this store are accurate.

Wouldn’t recommend. No knowledge of policy and would not bother to help either. I will be not purchasing anything more from them

One star is too much for Nike Doncaster. Two girls kept talking to each other. They ignored the customers. One of them pretended to find the shoes for me, but never got any size. Really bad service.

Extremely disappointed that I can’t walk into Nike at Doncaster and purchase a gift for my partner as they were worried i will be ‘re selling’ their shoes because they weren’t my size! Absolutely appalling and won’t be going back there.

If you go and try to buy a pair of dunks or jordans expect to be harassed or told you aren't allowed to purchase for no reason. Staff are rude and arrogant, wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this store. Shop elsewhere

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I am absolutely shocked! Went in to buy a pair of Nike dunks that they had behind counter and when asking for my size they said “sorry we can’t serve you”. What? !
They said they’re not selling the shoe and selling to whoever they like.
Since when a store is refusing service and precluding a sale.
I’m SHOCKED, place is run by kids with zero customer service and manners!

I had called the highpoint store, that directed me to this franchise as they thought they were affiliated with the Online Store.

I was told the wrong information and the girl on the phone told me a I was lying and that they couldn't help me and didn't want to advise how I could exchange my item. She then told me that they didn't have any shoes to exchange with and that she was the manager and her boss didn't want to exchange sizes.

No wonder in person stores are dying out with customer service like that.

This Nike store seems to operate in their own way.they don't offer any refund even when their website policy says a customer can refund if it's a change of mind. Do not buy from these guys. Period

The store holding stock of dunks my friend drove from Geelong all the way to Doncaster Nike two times all being told they sold out，but they actually not，they ask u to sign up on a list like family and friends only.

This morning I shop around 9: 40 the door keeper lady was really unfriendly, no welcome even I ask questions she said she is keeping the door and she said I need ask someone else and she didn’t call any of the colleagues.when she saw another customers she is running to a friendly face so I recon she just discriminate, hope the manager know she is definitely damaging your business. Did she even remember she just a employee and it’s her JOB to help customers.

Amazing place.
Me and my husband just bough slip-on.
Customer service is good and very helpful to the point.
They know what is available.
It was busy when we visited but we were attend and treated well and got everything what we need.
I will definitely visit again soon.

I called ahead and asked if they stocked a specific shoe i've had trouble finding in other centres. I was told YES they do, and drove 30 minutes out of my way to specifically purchase them. I waited 10 minutes aimlessly for service and once i finally found someone to help me i asked for the shoe i wanted and was told NO they don't have it at all after i had been told they did? Complete waste of my time and exactly what i wanted to avoid hence why i called ahead. Very upset and won't be back again.

Walked around for 10 minutes
Walked past staff who were very interested in having a conversation with one another.
Stopped near both staff members.
Not once was I asked would I like assistance.
On walking out I once again stopped near the staff looked around wasn't approached
I then left
If U want service i suggest elsewhere and hope the staff there are intent on working for their pay

I love Nike but this doesn't have the greatest range or prices. A concept store I guess. There are better prices and options out there
