I could not recommend Juliana highly enough for her attention to detail and her ability to get the job done. I dealt with Juliana from the initial signing of the contract through to implementation of the phone system. At every stage, Juliana was willing to answer any and all queries I had and set my mind at ease that we would get the system we needed in the timeframe we needed it in.

In this day and age, it is very rare to deal with someone who is all about action and less about talk. Juliana is that person. Juliana showed time and again that while I was waiting for confirmation of requests, she was already hard at work turning my requests into results.

Nick was absolutely amazing installing our new Cisco phones today, highly reccomend Nick and Nexgen.

Big Thanks to Tom and Nexgen. We have been struggling with our existing internet provider who have been disconnecting us every two weeks to force a move to NBN despite them not being able to offer NBN!
Tom was installing new equipment onsite and suggested we use Nexgen for NBN and the move was arranged and completed in a week. Great service, all staff were very professional and a seamless crossover.
We are now moving our other site to Nexgen as well. Thanks again Tom

Got a call from Nexgen about a new phone system and what a pleasant surprise the whole experience has been Tim was a pleasure to work with and assured me a seamless transition from Telstra and guaranteed me that they would get my P. A.working over 6 factories and 2 acres of yard. They sent Tom and Nick to set up the system and i was impressed by there profesionalism and the attention to detail.
