Awesome product which was very much needed for a large venue as ours at an excellent price. Quality Cisco products at the price of Telstra cheap equipments. The installation and training was seamless by Tom who understood our requirement and configured the phones and wi-fi accordingly. Would recommended highly to every business.

My original review was positive (see below)
since then, the service has been absolutely disgusting.during the sale process Nexgen agreed to payout our old contract through optus, this has not happened after countless emails and phone calls.
I have it all in writing and it has cost us a small fortune.
My next step now is to speak with the ombudsman.

We had absolute nightmares dealing with Optus.
We did a heap of research looking for another phone system. We chose NexGen and couldn't be happier.
Kaumil and Nick both went above and beyond!
