Hudson Valley vegan burger was off its head - ordered through Ubereats but food still arrived fresh, hot, and delicious.
Mates ordered the beef and were also fans. Definitely ordering again

Technically safe to eat maybe but i couldnt get past a couple of bites. I wish I still had covid so I didn't have to smell or taste this. Uber eats order, not worth the risk.

Tried calling the number so many times, walked there 10mins later and they're open. They don't pick up the phone.

Sorry guys but wow, did I have a poor experience tonight with my Door Dash order. Something (or essentially everything) has just gone awfully wrong:

- Chips were close to brown in colour, drenched in oil, and completely soggy (tasted like day old chips)
- Paid an extra $1 for extra chicken salt, which is exorbitant, and got no extra chicken salt
- Patties were completely overcooked, grey, bitter, and unsalted
- Only option was to order double patties for all burgers which made for an unbalanced, overfilled, and grainy bite
- Spinach was stacked on the very bottom of the burger and upon bite were goopy and droopy
- Single slice of Swiss cheese between two large patties was basically redundant (could not even taste it)
- Bacon was lacking flavour and rubbery
- Hardly any sauce in the burger, which was applied to one side only and completely spilled out onto the paper

I hate giving such low reviews but man, what a terrible experience. Not sure on the four star rating and how that eventuated - I am suspecting fake reviews and noticed a reviewer who conveniently rated all of the New York Minute locations as 5 stars, with no other reviews not to be trusted.

I have had New York Minute twice tonight - for the first and last time Avoid at all costs and go for 300 Grams in Coburg instead.

Phenomenal Service! Owners a realist and loves a chat with his customers. On top of that your getting a top tier meal that you can't get anywhere else. Best stop for an after work meal in Brunswick!

Extremely poor customer service. Made a deliveroo order. One of the burgers wasn’t in the bag, call them and they say that need to do a refound or order again. Orden the same burger missing and Deliveroo call me to cancel again because they don’t have any and they even bother to tell me on the phone when I called them. Waisted one hour waiting for food that didn’t receive.

I usually love new york minute in carlton which had amazing food quality however it was shut so I decided to order from the one in Brunswick. The Connie island burger once was my favourite burger now causes me to quiver in digust, and I am not exaggerating the chicken tasted expired which made me feel sickly for hours, the cheese was like hard some how like it was melted then left at room temperature for a couple hours then put in a burger. Also ordered the loaded fries which didn't have the chicken salt nor right toppings I paid extra for with stale chips.
I love new york minute but just don't go to this one pretty sure it's the worst in the chain and I've been to a few.
Ps I ordered through ubereats so they might share some blame however I've ordered from other new york minute chains and they were heavenly. Also I ordered a milkshake that didn't come.

OMG Really!? !? On a day of protests, lockdowns and an earthquake in Melb just to top it off, i treated myself to a Mini New York burger at the Brunswick store. On chatting to the owner when I picked up my burger he sensed my stress and anxiety and out of his pocket (already impacted by lockdowns) he upsized my drink and gave me a free dessert! Absolutely incredible! It lifted my spirits. And as always, the burger was delicious! Get down there and support them!

Best chips in Victoria hands down! Staff are absolutely wonderful, service is nothing short of perfect. Thanks for your service!

Waste food. I ordered from Uber eats. They take long time to make order. Cold food bad taste. Never order

The burgers are well made, scrumptious and creative. Must go if you're trying to be cost effective yet have a premium meal!

I ordered a chicken salad from New York Minute. The vegetables were only roughly chopped, they weren't delicious. They didn't cook chicken very well either.

Ordered online. Two HOURS after the expected delivery time, they just cancelled. Left several uber drivers waiting for an order they never produced. Then a week later, they did it AGAIN.

This place just went down the drain after covid19, they had decent burgers and good shakes during the day. They are trying to capture the night crowd instead. But a bit of a case of a lack of identity tbh. No don't recommend!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, DONT BOTHER PATRONISING THIS SPOT!

Waited for more than 30 mins when I ordered at 7.30pm, said it was ready at 7.40pm and here I am at 8.15pm still here waiting in the store. This is horrible.

If the business is busy then they should have hired more staff to support or stop taking takeaway orders.

Never coming back again.

New York Minute is a place you would go for a not so cheap Maccas, and get a very average and okay burger. It screams mediocre for most of the burger but can never fault it for trying.
