We came late at night and the solo worker Aanchi gave us amazing service. She was so delightful and made the experience so lovely to finish our night. Highly recommend!

Yummmmy burgers! Yummy chicken, yummy chips. No complaints on food except they didn't have some of the items I was interested in at the time.
Staff was very friendly restaurant was clean and we had a great meal.

Cruised past the BRUNSWICK EAST store and got burgers for both daughters. My youngest loved the burger; “ love the sauce “she was overjoyed! My eldest; loved the thick patties! Well done guys keep it going great place!

I have been coming to New York minute for a few years - but they have recently refurbished their restaurant and menu and I LOVE IT! The burger is delicious, best hot chips in all of Brunswick east and such incredible value for a meal deal! I got the Manhattan burger and it was so good. This is the only burger joint you need! So friendly, and such a great vibe

Fast, friendly, great food, extra portions for free now and then - 10/10 would recommend, I eat here a bunch and love it

Usually I can’t be bothered to do this but this is an exception as these lot are in a word - abysmal. Delivery completely wrong and missing $20+ of food - they then ignored phone calls and said next delivery would take over an hour after doordash said 23 mins. For better burgers check out The B. East, Meat Frankie and dare I say it, McDonalds. For better chicken - Capricho grill, F. A. T and - once again, unbelievably - Maccas. For better service, check out any restaurant, fast food joint or laundromat along lygon street as they are bound to care more.

The food I received last week was completely abysmal. Whatever has changed here in the past few months - sort it out, or you're going to go under. Whoever was responsible for cooking the chicken burger (of which every single element was completely burnt to a crisp) should absolutely never set foot in a kitchen.

Unfortunately, raising complaints like this is usually useless via Uber Eats or Doordash, as they seem to require photographic evidence of some sort of human body part in the food, or radioactive waste emanating from the delivery bag in order to judge it as being worthy of a refund. Leaving this review here in the hope that something changes, as New York Minute used to be a decent, fresh alternative to macca's or whatever sketchy late night kebab shop happened to be open.

Seriously disappointing, it is completely unacceptable to be serving this food in any form of restaurant, let alone charging so much for it.

This used to be my favorite place to order from for the last few years, but tonight I can sadly say they've completely changed for the worse. My burger, while still edible, is a far cry from what I've been used to getting, the chicken tenders are drier and lower quality, you get far fewer chips per order now (and no more special seasoning, just bland salt) and the thick shake I always looked forward to arrived as warm chocolate milk.
Overall just very disappointed and I don't believe I'll be willing to give them another try after tonight.

Not good at all. I had burger when they were in Carlton it was good. But tonight burger wasn’t tasty and all I had in my burger was onion and vegetable.

The burgers are good quality but unbearably plain. But at 1 o'clock in the morning, it's a bit unreasonable to expect more!

Excellent vegetarian burgers. Excellent customer service by Abhishek who was very calm and patient and responded to all my questions.

Super rude service. Waited nearly half an hour while heaps of uber drivers collected orders. We asked how far away our order was and received extremely rude service that ended with our order being tossed on our table. Dissapointing.

Best burgers in town! Went in for a late night feed walked out having tasted the best fried chicken in town! BANG

For some strange reason, the Fairfield New York Minute has multiple names ranging from Big Mumma’s Fried Chicken to Burgertory! At first there chicken tenders were better than KFC but as a resident of 20 years living in the area I recommend giving these guys a miss as you can get a better burger elsewhere from Station Street Fairfield. Lift your game guys as the reviews speak for themselves and remember your operating in a small suburb where we all talk about the best or worse food Fairfield has to offer!

Worst burger …. Meat used was old and the tomato size was too thick we asked them for their best burger and they gave us the worst burger of my life
