64Lined up for 15 mins to have pan fried buns and Xiaolong Bao. However the food is not freshly cooked. Crispy Tofu with salted yolk egg is cold. Also the staff is not friendly and served food too slowly. Maybe that’s the reason why the buns and dishes are not hot. Never be back again. Don’t waste your time.
If these guys were busy and under staffed it’s actually pretty understandable that the service wouldn’t be up to scratch. If you’ve ever worked in hospitality it can get super busy, but you try your best to accomodate to all. (Which is what I saw.)
4 stars because service was a little slow, but the food, LIKE ALWAYS was delicious. Full of flavour and made with fresh ingredients.
Would recommend, if you haven’t been before I think it’s worth a try. If not, plenty of other places to chose from!
The staff was not friendly at all. The serving of our noodles and calamari was so small. We also ordered the fish dumpling and the skin itself is way too thick and the fish paste is not tasty. I had a bad experience and will not be back again
When this restaurant started the food was alright. Now it’s just bad. The customer service was good but the food was such a disappointment. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. If you’re the owner of this restaurant, don’t be offended.
