Finally a decent bakery that caters to all us gluten intolerance people, and most of all it tastes amazing
This is JUST a bakery, nothing fancy. There are a few tables and chairs but there is no tea or coffee service or anything, it is just a convenience added if you want to eat your purchase straight away! They do offer free glasses of water which is a nice touch. The service is friendly, the baked goods FANTASTIC.
Very good stuff, if you need GF products call in bread if fresh along with all bakery items. It's nice to have a bakery that caters for GF
A+ food, the best GF pastys i have ever had! Everything is amazing tasting, and very reasonably priced.
Love this bakery, totally gluten free, their pasties are beautiful, no pepper in them, I prefer the one with meat, and the meatless is nice too.
The bread is lovely, no wind and bloating for us!
Best bakery ever, especially when your coeliac. Will be back for sure as their pasties and cakes are to die for
Wow. Talk about great bread. My wife is gluten free and she bought lunch here. She could not get over the fact that the sandwich held together like a proper sandwich. The vanilla slice tasted like an award winning vanilla slice. I have a standing order for her when I am up for work. Definitely worth the trip up.
Great bread that you can actually make sandwiches with. The seedy one is my favourite.
The service I received as a first timer was awesome
I can not even try to describe New Freedom bakery. I was so taken back by all the lovely, delicious, variety of the most beautiful gluten free foods. I first tried their vegetarian pasties & all l can say is wow! The last time l was there l also bought cakes & bread & again all l can say is thank you so much for for your delicious foods also another thank you to your wonderful staff.
So lucky to have Freedom so close. I needed to go Gluten-free (low FODMAP- so helpful). I tried the commercial brands at the supermarket. Yuck. Everything I have had at Freedom has been wonderful.
It's not cheap. I paid close to $10 for a loaf of bread but it tasted like good bread and had the texture of real bread. Lot's of generous slices. 1 slice is plenty so it's worth it
Everything you buy from this place is delicious. Best gluten free bakery I've been to and as always great service.
I have travelled all around Europe and America with a Coeliac mother and brother and we have not found a better GF Bakery. It is a privilege to have New Freedom in town.
Came across New Freedom bakery at Melbourne Gluten free show, there bread looked incredible so went to Bendigo and brought rolls and bread for myself and son. It was worth the 1 1/2 hour drive if you ever get to Bendigo highly recommend.
Fantastic gluten free bakery/cafe. Great gluten free lunch options. Discount if paying by cash. Vanilla slices my favourite. Great Christmas treats.
Very friendly and pleasant staff, and the food is fantastic. Will be coming back for some more delights.
One word, WOW, amazing GF products, my bro is a coeliac so this bakery is his fav. Keep it up guys!
