The best. Amazing. Delicious. Beautiful texture. And low GI! I got white bread, a veggie pastie, a beef sausage roll, a Hawaiian scroll and a cinnamon donut. Obviously not to eat all at once lol. It's been so long since I've had any of those things (aside from bread)! So lucky this place exists.

Great place for us with Coeliac disease! By far worth the trip to their store. Will be back 100%!

Most excellent pastie I have eaten in 12 years. Knowledgeable staff who took the time to explain what matters. Take home bread mix the same as they use in the store.

I Visit this Bakery everytime l go to Bendigo, freedom bakery has so many of favourite gf foods. They can do over the phone orders for larger orders too.
Try the pasties in winter and the most delightful salad rolls in summer. Thank you so much.very happy customer

This place is my favourite since recently becoming GF.
It has everything from different types of sliced bread to jelly slice and donuts.so yum!

Suffering from coeliac I have been missing the taste of amazing fresh bread and rolls and sweets. I found this bakery and we tried it for the first time and we will definitely be coming back many many more times. The two lovely ladies were so friendly and the variety of freshly made bread and everything else made me forget I have coeliac. Thank you so much for existing and making us coeliacs feel a little bit less left out. Cannot recommend this bakery highly enough!

Best gluten free I have ever had. I hadn’t had a donut in years now I have one nearly every day! Hot roast meat sandwiches, custard tarts… I could go on. Love it.

For someone who isn't able to eat any gluten and who loves to have a treat, this is the place for you:) or even if you have daily needs such as bread check it out. Also it is really hard to find a place that even makes a sandwich, here you can buy one and not be afraid that there will be cross contamination. So drop in and enjoy.

I genuinely couldn’t believe their products were gluten free. The bread tastes like Bakers Delight bread. Absolutely amazing!

Went here as my friend has coeliacs. Totally gluten free environment and even though my boy and I are not gf the food was amazing. Helpful staff would highly recommend

Wonderful to go into a Bakery that is Gluten Free. The selection is breads, pastries and cakes like an oasis.

I really recommend this bakery to all gluten free people (coeliac people). Their bread, rolls, pasties an sausage rolls, are all very tastie. Its the best G. Fbread ive had. Love it

I bought a roast beef and salad sandwich plus a doughnut for breakfast on my way home, really wish I hadn't waited till an hour down the road to eat it, I'd have known to buy more. Best sandwich I've had in years. Proper bread! Plus excellent flavours in the beef and salad. Great doughnut, even cold, would be brilliant heated up. Will be my first stop next time I'm in Bendigo.
