New Domain Services

This company offers no support whatsoever. I needed to update the NS records for a client account and the management tools links are broken and will not redirect. The support URL link on the website is broken and when I called the number, there was no answer. Plus $120 for a.com.au domain is very expensive - shop around for cheaper options as this company does not support small business.

I absolutely love this service! Their customer service is second to none in your field, and I know if I have any issues, they'll always be there to help me solve them. That's something I never thought I'd say about a domain provider! I've used them for 4 years now for all my domain and email hosting needs, and they have never been anything other than amazing. Highly recommended.
