They try and steal other domain sellers customers and no they are not voted Australia's most trusted services as they are a bunch of theives

At first it was confusing, but one simple email to the support team helped out a lot. Within 24hrs I was able to get the answer I was hoping for. Highly recommended service when purchasing a domain for your first time.

Although the phone lines were occupied when I rang and I sent to voice mail - I would like to Thank New Domain for the person to person call back rather that an automated computer instruction based one regarding setting up. Thank you for the New Domain team members quick response to help activate the Gmail account. Although the actitation needs up to 4 hours, another Thank you for sending a follow up email so I can get back to the team member allocated should I have an addition inquiry regarding setting up a new email account using registered domain name. Starting your own business can be very daunting, with so many companies competing for you to come on board. After a lot of consideration I decided to go with "New Domain" delivered exactly what they said they would they were prompt, clear and precise, good competitive price and overall honest.

I was confused about how to get the email. The way it sounded was that I got the email include in the price of my Australian Domain ($80) and an International Domain ($60) but no I had to pay an extra $89 for an email address. Needless to say I was happy.
