NEST Family Clinic

I don't usually write reviews but i am so incredibly impressed with NEST Family clinic at Elsternwick i couldn't not! My son and I started going to NEST to see Dr Amanda Scott after he had an issue with his vaccinations. Dr Amanda Scott is thorough, caring and went above and beyond. The clinic also offers an extensive list of services. Thanks team Nest!

Receptionist had attitude as soon as we walked in and also on our way out. So did the doctor and whilst she had a good bedside manner with my child, she did not seem to care very much when talking to me. Care factor was low. Turns out my child had Influenza but that was passed off as just a cold virus. I used to go many years ago, and stopped since I moved. Returned this time, as I couldn't find an appointment anywhere else on short notice and am disappointed to say that service levels have dropped significantly.

Have stopped going, i use to take my baby there but they offered no great advise, a couple of doctors were not very sympathetic and they are very overpriced.found a great doctor near by who is bulk billing and is so caring with my child.

A fabulous clinic! Nurses and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Not only just for women and children.

Excessively expensive, reception staff very inefficient, very harsh cancellation policy. You have been warned.

Amazing staff! Everyone is so welcoming. Ever time I have any trouble at nest booking or what not, they always seem to help. It’s ideal for yong families but they can help anyone. Overall it’s the most amazing medical clinic ever!

Good clinic to visit until you are really unwell and not able to get out of bed and attend an appointment which happened to me. I cancelled my appointment first thing on that morning. Then the lady in the clinic rang back and charged me $132 because we cancelled within 48hrs. Which I find is ridiculous because in life people do get sick and miss appointments. I requested for the owner of the clinic to ring me to discuss it and after a week she got in contact but would only communicate via email and was basically telling me they charge the fee to benefit patients which is total bs. I find it very disappointing from a clinic that specialises in providing health and support service for young families. My advice is if you have a young family and you might miss an appointment dont visit either of there clinics because you will be charged a massive cancellation fee.
