Had my laptop suddenly unable to pick up wifi, great to have it sorted and back to normal in just a few hours

I contacted Nerdcore, via their online form, late on a Friday evening. Not expecting a response until Monday morning, I was surprised when Nick contacted me within 2 minutes. I took my laptop in on Saturday morning, and received it back that day. After servicing it, Nick had my laptop working again, whereas I thought I had a hardware failure and was dreading being told it was time to replace my laptop. I cannot recommend Nerdcore strongly enough.

I went in last minute and on Sunday for my laptop freezing issue, paid $350 for my laptop service with 30 days warranty on workmanship, if you need support even after you are done with shop constant communication through email and texts was amazing.
Just pay the money and forget your problems.

I took my lap top to Nerdcore because I thought it needed a new battery as it appeared not to hold a charge. Nick checked it all over and found the fault was some where else. He completed the repair very quickly and I had my Laptop back that day. I am very satisfied.

After spending hours on the net trying to find out why Bluetooth had fallen over on my Samsung Galaxy Book, Nick found the reason and restored it back to good health. He was very generous with his time. Highly recommended.

I'm throughly impressed with Nick's service. I was having issues with my MacBook and quoted a price that wasn't worth it's fix by Apple Care. I found Nerdcore online and call in for a time. Nick was incredibly efficient the MacBook was dropped in the morning and fixed by lunch for 1/2 of the price. I'm incredibly thankful that I was able to get it fixed during the holiday season without the downtime. I highly recommend Nerdcore.

Nick is sooo helpful. Just a lifesaver. He helps me with laptop repairs and as I live in the country he uses Teamviewer to fix my software repairs and settings. He is very trustworthy as well. I highly recommend Nerdcore.

Fantastic service. Phoned Nick after 5pm Wednesday night and discussed the problem, which was that I no longer had a picture on my laptop screen. Made an appointment for 11am Thursday and by 1pm I had a new screen for my Lenovo laptop and Nick, the proprietor of Nerdcore, had checked the operating system as well, which wasn't part of the original request. The system is now definitely working faster.

I can highly recommend Nerdcore. My 6 yrs old HP Spectre x360 was unable to be repaired or even diagnosed via my usual channels, so I decided to take it to Nerdcore. Nick was professional and experienced, and managed to repair my unit within 3 hours at the price he quoted. He even returned to his office after hours to give it back to me because I was still in the area, which was incredibly good of him. Amazing.

The shoddy plastic hinges on my MSI laptop snapped & screen separated from computer and went black. Cue UTTER PANIC (book editor working from home full-time in pandemic etc etc). Sent out an SOS (or 20!) Fri night; Nick replied Sat morn, and unlike everyone else who'd need a week or more to fix it, he calmly said why don't you bring it in now. I did.he fixed it overnight. I collected my fully repaired laptop Sunday morning, feeling totally amazed and also UTTERLY RELIEVED! Thank you so much!
