Very happy with the service we received. Son's laptop wouldn't start, and then, wouldn't hold its charge. Nick diagnosed the problem almost immediately.explained why it had happened in layman's terms, and had it fixed and returned to us the same day. Nick also had the new cable we needed in stock, and gave us advice on how to avoid the same problem going forward. Will definitely return in the future

This was an excellent place to get my Lenovo ideapad fixed. Prolonged use of an international adapter had probably caused a power surge: Nick diagnosed it and fixed it in an incredibly quick 2-3 hours. I initally balked a bit at the price (it is a flat rate regardless of the complexity of the problem), but it was really kind of him to throw in an charger for Australian/NZ plug completely free to prevent the same problem from happening again: this made it completely worth it. I wish there were more places in Melbourne which fixed a huge variety of tech brands so quickly and efficiently! Thank you very much.

I took my gen 7 metabox laptop here to get it fixed since it was blue-screening constantly. Turns out a power surge wrecked my ssd, hdd and ram, Nick fixed the issue and replaced the parts in only a few hours. Very good service!
