Amazing food and wine. These guys handed out free pre-cooked meal packages to fellow hospo workers in the area during the strict lockdowns this year, and I had been meaning to try them for dine in since restrictions had eased. Super friendly staff who had great product knowledge and recommendations! Definitely recommend the saganaki and charred octopus.

Food was friggin delish and the staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable, recommended a bottle of wine that we will be getting for years to come. 10/10

Got a vegan providoor meal for 2 on Saturday night (tortellini, risotto, eggplant, brocollini, bread, crackers, dips and donuts. Each course was delicious, the instructions were easy to follow and there was enough food for at least 3 if not 4 people. So glad to have supported this restaurant. Highly recommended

We did a Neptune vegan dinner through providoor and it was delicious! The instructions were super simple and there was plenty of food. Highly Recommend!

I'm giving a very well deserved five stars for the food. The pasta dishes and tiramisu are amazingly delicious, it has been 3 days and I'm still thinking about my meal.

The service however could be worked on. Our waitress forgot an entree and when asked about dishes, did not seem to have a good grasp of the menu. The bartender made great cocktails but was a bit rude.

Nonetheless, we had a great time and will be back.

I had a meal last night with my wife. Amy looked after us and I have never found a more friendly, helpful waitress. We received a gift voucher for Christmas and we found the food was fantastic. We had steak and also fish of the day. Everyone at Neptune keep up the great service. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

I had dinner here and really enjoyed the meal. The food was delicious and with decent portion sizes. It's on the expensive side but worth it. I would definitely recommend the tiramisu, it's out of this world!

One of the best dinners we've had in a while. Really nice and quaint restaurant. Incredible service and really great food! Can't compliment enough about their tiramisu! It was so good we ordered 3 desserts between 2 people!

Nice restaurant in High street Windsor. Good place to share food. Wine was by the glass and or you buy the bottle from the front of shop. Great service

It was okay. The charred octopus was good, but the steak. I chewed until my jaw hurt and I still couldn't break it down. Had to spend 100+ just to not feel hungry. Atmosphere was nice, service was mixed. I personally wouldn't go back.

Great setup- perfect not too dark not too bright lighting- friendly staff- great range of wine- very good food that’s not complex or overdone, just fresh ingredients prepared simply and very well. Great place for a long and indulgent lunch with many great wines. And you can take away a bottle or three of your favourites!

Came here for a few glasses of wine after work on a Friday night. We got a seat at the big shared table. Very lively atmosphere. Lots of restaurant seating but it’s popular so you need a reservation if you want to eat there. Nice wines on the menu and the food looked good too.

Great atmosphere, great drinks and lovely staff. This is a great place for a midweek drink, and the food is amazing.

Was disappointed with the staff as I was waiting to speak with someone about my reservation and they all kept walking past me whilst making eye contact - very arrogant when they spoke to me, when ordering dinner the staff were pushy for us to make an decision quickly and kept coming back to the table to push us, not reading the situation at all.
They kept interrupting my party to ask if there were anymore people coming as there were a couple of my friends that didn't arrive - they started cleaning up the empty spots of my table making it very awkward for my other guests and embarrassed me.
The food was overcharged for it's quality - I got the mushroom and gnocchi, the whole dish was much too salty and I struggled to finish it - 5 pieces of gnocchi and two giant mushrooms cut up into little pieces, not a very good variety of mushrooms considering there are so many to choose from - poorly presented. All in all a very poor experience, I don't not recommend going here.

Cute spot, great atmosphere. Normally I wouldn’t review about the serving size, but the dishes were really expensive for what you get. We left hungry and paid over $200. Excellent wine list.

I came here with friends. Bit on the expensive side but the food was amazing. Aroncini entrees were well cook and paired really well with sweet corn and jalapeño. I had the spanner crab spaghetti which was absolutely amazing, perfect amount of spice and actual chunks of crab! I was expecting tiny flakes like most places but the was a pleasant surprise. Would come back again.

After two very happy visits, I’d call this a stellar bar. It has absolutely everything you’d want in a good bar. It’s nicely set out and appointed. The premises are long and there’s plenty of seating throughout for all, including a cute area at the front where you can sit on the street. As you’d expect the drink options are plentiful and all quality. The food is seriously excellent. Like, exceptional. We had three dishes today and they were outstanding. A steak tartare, a cauliflower dish (possibly a keto special) and cured salmon. We loved each of them. Couldn’t fault them. One last plaudit for the staff. They attended to us efficiently, politely and happily as our session went on here from early to late afternoon. We were quiet to start with and a bit rowdy at the end after a few bottles of wine but the level of service was excellent throughout.

We really liked this place. The current 2.9 rating is plainly absurd. One of those unexplainable Zomato statistical anomalies, no doubt. The rating should be much higher. I’m not sure what else you need to offer to make a good food and wine place other than what they offer here. It’s a nice space. Well designed and easy on the eye. Best of all it’s not cramped as there’s decent space all through and there’s ample room to move. There’s a good wine selection on offer. The food was good. The staff were on the ball and pleasant. We spent a happy three hours here. This is an easy 4 in my view. It could easily go higher in time.

We had a pretty poor experience at Neptune this weekend. We had a booking, waited for about 5 or 10 minutes to be noticed and sat at our table. Was pretty busy so. Fair enough. We then sat for 15 minutes and every member of staff looked straight through us. We had no menus, no water, no drinks served. No recognition of our presence whatsoever from any staff. Sat right by the bar and staff kept coming to get menus and then walking by us serving people who arrived after us. After 15 mins someone looked at us sat our our depressingly empty table and asked if we were being looked after and then threw some menus down and walked off. At that point we left to go elsewhere and were told "thanks for coming guys". Disorganised, chaotic and plain rude and ignorant behaviour from staff. Been before and had a great time but evidently not the case anymore. "Thanks for having us guys! "
