Nene Chicken The Glen

Always stingy on the seasoning. Asked for extra seasoning for snowing vegetable and yet still the same. Swicy also not properly coated. Other nene have been better. Doesn't nene franchiser do quality control?

The slowness can be an extreme level case. No customers, but queued for 10 mins. Really do not know what casher is doing.

Visited this place on a Sunday and ended up getting a lunch meal. I got to say, very quick service which indeed was impressive and food was delicious. The girl serving was uninterested in giving us a smile when we ordered but the food and quick time made up for that. Will be coming back again

First Nene chicken experience. Never been a fan of over priced Korean fried chicken. But this was different. Tasty and affordable. Will be back

Ordered a boneless chicken, greeted with a what do you want, No smile, horrible reception. We paid and said we would eat in. Not knowing that this would mean getting our own utensils. We got our chicken it tasted great but I asked then oh did we get something to eat our chicken with we were surprised and shocked to hear her say "you get your self. " Not even enough care for a full sentence. I will never in my life return to any Nene chicken if this is the kind of service they promote. Its sucks how such good chicken and get ruined by such awful customer service.

Pathetic food and services. Couldn't imagine that I would be eating the food with gloves. Overly priced with limited meals. Won't be going again for sure

The chicken is absolutely freaking amazing! Super crunchy! They have a atomic level of spiciness if you want! Makes places like KFC seem like sewer dregs! Definitely a must for the lovers of fried chicken with a twist!

Few things to write in this store.
1. Staff don't know how to smile
2. No wet tissue
3. Cutlery using plastic disposable knife and fork even for those who dine in
4. The potato tornado so not fresh. Looks like has been sitting for a while and re fried.

Bad customer service, the lady who has long hair, looked at the customers lined up and said wont be long, decided to clean Instead of serving the queue.tsk.

Fried chicken with sticky sauce.delighfully messy but absolutely delicious. First time I have tried kimchi and will definitely have that again.

Food was good but apparently they only give wet tissues to people who take away and charge 20 cents for people dining in. What's the logic behind that?
People who dine in don't have to wipe their hands?

Went to glen nene chicken today and served by a lady with long hair. Very very rude attitude and rolled her eyes and cannot speak english.
So rude, very disappointed, does the manager knows how to train his/her staffs? Rude attitude when you working in a customer facing roll?

Went to get some boneless chicken, got there at prime dinner time at 6: 30 on a Thursday night and they tell me they don't have anymore boneless left. A chicken shop that does every dish WITH CHICKEN tell me they ain't got any boneless at dinner time on a Thursday night. Alright, I wouldn't be this disappointed if it was the first time but this has been a reoccuring thing. Really didn't help that the girl there who spoke minimal English was rude as hell and was speaking to us like we're trash at her doorstep. Paid on the takeaway terminal with a debit card she refused to do the refund back on the card and told us rudely to take the refund in cash.

Can't fault the chicken but some people at that place
need Jesus.

Poor service, better off ordering other alternatives in glen like chinta ria (always good and a generous portion of the same price for a full meal) or capricho, much much better service

Very nice tasting food good sauce but bun on burger was soaking wet with "swicy" sauce!: (othee than that gooood

Ordered the 16 piece to share and it was a hit with the party. The chicken was crispy and full of flavour - had the swicy and bulgogi, both were delicious. Loved that they had the half and half choice as well.

Prices are reasonable and service is friendly and prompt. The place is also clean and newly renovated.
