NeNe Chicken

I ordered a wrap, half way through I saw a worm wriggling for its life. I was mortified. I went back to nene chicken, showed them the worm in my wrap. I demanded a refund and the staff reluctantly returned my money. I questioned them about food safe preparation, but none could comment.
Im pretty sure they don't wash and safety prepare their vegetables.

The burgers arrived fridge-cold, the chips were tepid at best (and unseasoned). It arrived early but they should have used those extra minutes to heat it up if it wasn't made fresh.

Food taste great. Staff serve well, no free extra sauce or boxes tho, if you need it you gotta pay extra. Not suddenly free so if you asking they will refuse, do not take this reason to give them bad reception review. Aren't they fault peopleeeeee

The food is ok. However, the staff taking orders was super arrogant. I order half half and it came with no kimchi or pickles which I always got before. I nicely asked for it she said no, it only comes with original chicken not flavoured ones.

I visited in a rushed to order some chicken very often. The chicken it self and the young girl staff was very nice. Everytime I came she would offer me deals but not sure why people complaining on their service. I have to agree sometimes staffs cant just give customers whatever they want but at least they say it nicely. Just not sure why some people comment very negative here. Perhaps maybe the staff cannot give what customers want like something the company does not allowed?

Great food and service. Came many times to order and never disappointed me. Staff serve very well and nice to talk about daily things. Possibly because we work near by. There are many reviews saying staff are rude. I felt so strange, it is customers idiot that staff explained they cannot understand or they want to play around? Working in customer service I always meet strange people too.

No doubt the food quality is excellent. The two stars for the staff taking orders. Super arrogant behaviour.

Food is always good, but my gosh the staff couldn't be any more unpleasant if they tried. Will go through Uber from now on, they can give Uber their 30%

Taste wise, very average, Kimchi burger and Original burgers are good, (6/10) however the Mon/Tue/Wed chicken wings promotion gone straight to the bin, very oily with little meat on them, not worth the hassle, also
the portion size are very small.

Has never failed to provide me with a fantastic meal! The consistency here is amazing and fried chicken is.

If you haven't eaten at a NeNe Chicken before do yourself a massive favour and order the 'Swicy flavoured wings and drummets". Thank me later

First time had wings with that powder.it wasn't bad.it is not that something I try every time but maybe every now & then.

If I could give zero stars I would.waited 15 minutes and then she gave my order to someone else, went to get my money back and she only wanted to give me 12$ when I paid 15$

Excellent juicy fried chicken to dip in your smooth creamy mustard. Beats any KFC by a mile!

Ordered Delivery fried chicken (garlic sauce &spice sauce), the chicken is dry and cold, not tasty at all, the worst fried chicken I have ever had, KFC even better than this. So disappointed!
