Lady that served me looked mad, didn’t make me feel welcomed, customer service was terrible.

Very bad experience,
Waiting very long time,
And the chicken comes dry, cold and tasteless.

Very old Stale burger bun, chips particularly bad, chicken was average but the crumb was all soggy

I usually have original chicken burger in different nene chicken store but today I order original chicken burger in northland sc burger bun and chicken was cold. Chicken size was too small compared to burger bun.
I also complain about it.but they didn’t care.

Hi i have ordered nene dosirak on Monday through uber eats and i have ordered for snowing chilli flavour and they have given we snowing cheese flavour and i have complained to uber eats and even they are not at all responding. The restaurant doesn’t even know to check the order properly.

If you are familiar with NeNe Chicken, don't order here. It's -50% quality compared to other branches. No service, food that's not edible, and sad people. I usually order chicken and today I tried a Kimchi burger. The burger was cold with cold bun, and cold chicken. Sadly, It was not up to the standards.

Good variety of flavours, but need to have more options for size for the chicken. The Korean salad was disappointing as it was a regular salad.

We ordered 18 pieces of drums and wings. When we got home there was missing pieces so we came back and requested for the whole order to be remade as it was already getting cold and by the time we get our missing prices and went home again it’ll get even colder. They lied and pretended like they made the order again for us. We saw them added some new pieces and mixed it with the old ones. One of their employees said that the boss probably won’t remake it again, even though we went out of our way to come back and requested it to be remade. Their employee also said did u eat any them when we said there was missing pieces! We were happy to let them check their cameras and see what actually happened! But instead they just lied!

The chicken wrap was very underwhelming. It only had a very small piece of chicken and was at least 80%+ lettuce. Waste of money. Got the combo and the ‘regular’ chips were literally the equivalent of a Maccas small. Very disappointing, would not eat here (or any of their restaurants) ever again. My friend also had the same issue with the exact same meal.

Very very worst customer service.
Especially this lady here was on phone for half an hour and me wait till she finished

NeNe chicken has the best Korean fried chicken you can get for affordable prices. It tastes great, but make sure to get a napkin because it gets pretty messy.

Went there months ago where nothing else was open post other shops already shut after a movie. Chips filled the void, even temporary.

Chicken was pink throughout. Made my wife feel dumb for coming to them with a concern, was told it was young chicken, thats it. Not sure how they know the age? No offer of replacement or anything that made us feel more confident in their product.

Taste and service is as good as anyother Nene Chicken. Seating area is still close and being used as a store room which doesnt look good

The cashier is so rude. She need to undergo awareness training. I am calling to the manager to provide good service quality training to your staff.

Ordered on uber eat. The chicken was tasty and the sauce was nice.
However it was expensive for how much chicken that came with it.

Last time we had boneless fried chicken with snowy cheese flavour, the super hot sauce, and some of the original flavour. It was really nice. We like their coleslaw and pickles as well. Just a single wish from us: If their staffs can be more friendly, that would be awesome! Cheers

The food is OK.

The staff was a bit arrogant. I visited couple of days ago and while making the order, i felt the counter staff to be uninterested. It was like i was talking to a zombie.

I asked about the sauces and condiments and was told that the large box (8 pieces) comes with 1 coleslaw, 1 raddish and 1 mustard sauce only.

I was told that if I need more condiments, I would need to pay. It didn't make sense since the 4 piece boxes also come with with 1 coleslaw, 1 raddish and 1 mustard sauce. I asked why would i get 1 of each if I am getting a large box (with double the number of pieces). Ideally I should get 2 of each instead of 1.
I was given a flat no and was told to order if I want. After trying to understand the reason why I would not get the extra condiments if I am buying a large sized box with double the pieces.

Anyway, I ordered two original boxes (4 pieces) with 1 coleslaw, 1 raddish and 1 mustard sauce to come in the box, for more price than the large one. When I finally pickedup the order, I asked if they had added the mustard sauces and was assured yes. When I brought the food back home and there were no sauces at all.

Come on man. I spent 5 minutes of my time to ask you why I couldnt get the sauces in large, and paid more to get two separate small boxes and still did not get the sauces. The staff was arrogant and uninterested in providing good customer experience.

Not a good experience at all. We can expect this from KFC but NeNe Chicken is supposed to be welcoming. This branch is not!

Great warm and well done food. Staff has always been quick and welcome. They're also Halal certified.

Great place, great fried chicken and some delicious flavours. Do checkout their potato twisters! The best!
