Naughty Norman

Third time I've gone. First two times were fine because we were in a large group but this time was just my partner, daughter and I. Service was very slow and the food and drinks took a very long time to come and were on the cold side (food not drinks). The wait staff were obviously prioritising larger groups which is understandable, they spend more money but there are better places on Main for small numbers.
TLDR: Fine for large groups, there are better places for small numbers.

Good Mexican, without being great. Went on a cold, windy night and it was a bit chilly inside, which I don't expect would be the norm. Service was very slow and it wasn't busy. The staff were very pleasant though and ready with a smile. The Quesadillas were really good and a favourite for the night.

Food menu is great and good cocktails. No issues with missing items being reimbursed. Can’t wait to go back for the HSP with brisket and guacamole.

Amazing food! The burrito bowl is my fav, make sure you read the menu and add chicken or beef brisket. They’re both delicious. Amazing service by our waitress and great value for tap beer. Definitely would recommend.

An unimpressive restaurant with meh drinks and service. Don't bother.

For the cost of the burrito it's odd that it doesn't come with a choice of meat or even a side, like chips. I was also confused at why there was lettuce in the burrito? You really don't need it

Burrito is a scam $14 for cold rice with lettuce have to pay for beans and meat $4.50 extra for each, waitresses are rude and food takes a long time to come out even with being the only customers in the restaurant. Would never go back I was shocked.

A very nice lunch experience! The food was fresh and fun, there was a lot of variety and many options for everyone! The decor is very nice and the ladies working today we're absolute stars! Super friendly and excellent customer experience:) Thanks team, we will be back soon

It's ok.beer garden was nice to sit outside.kids had cheeseburger quesedilla which they liked (tasted like McDonald's cheeseburger). Unfortunately rest was very average.margaritas was worst I have had in my life.nachos and guacamole took 1 hour to arrive and 3 requests to staff.other food similarly took forever and was quite bland

Booked a table of 6 for my sister's birthday. (That was the only good part of the experience)
Upon arriving we were greeted with "your table is out back". Ok. We will go and find it ourselves. (no assistance).
We sat down looked around and could not see any menus. We were promptly advised that we had to order and pay online. (not an ideal way to order) After everyone ordered, we asked if we could move tables. (we were in full sun and uncomfortable) Just as we sat down, we were told off by another waitress who said "You cant just change tables. This table is booked! " (mind you, no sign on it or anything of significance other than being in the shade.) We explained that we had asked and referred to the other waitress who was still in the area. (she just shrugged her shoulders and left) we asked if we could sit at another table which seemed to be ok by all concerned. The table was vacated by a couple of boys who decided not to stay and eat afterall.
It took almost an hour for all our meals to come out. Some were cold and had to be returned to be reheated.
On top of the poor timing of the food arriving, we were greeted with what can only be described as appalling attitude, not by one but all three different wait staff.
By this point we had had enough. The food was predominantly sub par, the service atrocious and the attitude stunk.
We had waited 30 minutes for a glass of wine and a glass of lemonade. (ordered just after the meals) We asked for a refund as we were done by then. (we couldn't just leave as everything was paid upfront) Within a minute or two we received the drinks with a new layer and level of attitude to boot.
Whilst the the wine and lemonade were being consumed we overheard another table ask for cutlery. The waitress replied with "we only supply cutlery with a main meal. " Another table overhearing this said, "that's not true". They were told that they had no cutlery left due to the fact that they had no time to wash it. (They had actually run out!)
We are locals, and are gobsmacked. Bad service. Bad attitude. Bad food. Save your money for an eatery that wants your business.

Good service. Overpriced food, the chicken wings resembled those more so of a bat. Tacos were below average at best.

Naughty Norman staff were friendly and helpful, food came out quickly. The Monday specials were ideal! Quesadillas were delicious, thanks!

Sat down on the table and it hadn't been cleaned.
Ordered via the QR code. They serviced the starters first before the drinks. Asked the waitress to wipe the table still waiting.
When the food was served I asked twice for some cutlery. On a positive, food was ok, and good to see them selling local brewery bear.

Food was ok, Service indifferent.ordered a coke, it was flat.pointed it out to waitress who advised it was from post mix machine, organised a new one and told me it was from a can.just as flat as first one

Quality food and great customer service. I had the "feed me" option which was dishes selected by the chef. It did not disappoint. Lots of food, fresh and full of flavour. The staff were friendly and attentive.

If you are in Mornington I recommend a visit to Naughty Norman.

The service and quality of food/drinks was awesome! Came in with my friends for a birthday celebration and felt so welcomed by everyone. Definitely will be back:)

Had dinner at Naughty Norman a few nights ago and was amazed by how delicious the food was! It was all so fresh and there were so many options to choose from! The staff were also so lovely to talk to and so helpful with ordering through the QR code system! Thankyou guys for making my night so enjoyable, I’ll definitely be back!

Great food, very friendly staff and a great atmosphere, the cheeseburger quesadilla and nachos were amazing.

Fantastic food and great service from Maddy! Came in with 4 others and all meals came out fresh and hot. It was nice to be served by a smiling, bubbly waitress really topped our night, Will definitely be back!

5pm Told us they couldn’t serve us food only drinks as they are fully booked for 6pm when there are multiple empty table as we walk by at 6: 30? !

So hesitantly we decided to sit and have some drinks only - to find the extremely impersonal service asking us to order via QR code and paying by card! This Is just bad taste guys.we are not robots and you shouldn’t treat your staff this way either. So we left without ordering a thing. We found another restaurant near by and was welcomed with true & real service.
