National Windscreens

Really good service. Was quick to respond, came on time and the replacement of windscreen was done on time.

Called National Windscreens after a brick had been thrown through my car window. They were able to replace the window the next morning after plastic-wrapping it that afternoon to protect from overnight rain.
Hopefully I don't have any more projectiles thrown at my car but if I do ill definitely be calling these guys again.

Would recommend 100% have been using another provider and have switch across to national after have a chat with James at Moorabbin branch, James was quick to sort out my needs and always manages to go above and beyond with my requests, highly recommend and great service.

James and the team did an amazing job replacing my windscreen. They went above and beyond to identify, document, and correct damage and mistakes made by a previous installation.

This was a few years ago, they turned up on time and price was OK but they scratched a lot of the paintwork around the windscreen. I went to their office to show them & complain. All they had to say was "it's an old car, it doesn't matter" and refused to compensate in any way. VERY unprofessional, they 'should' treat every car as if it was bought yesterday. Had to get it spray painted which wasn't cheep as it was metal flake.

Matts customer service was outstanding, he was professional and friendly! I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family. My wife and I will surely use national windscreens again and ask for matt:)

Excellent service much cheaper than O’Brien. Quoted over phone. Sent van but it rained (can’t install in rain). Drove to CHELTENHAM and they installed while I waited. Stuck by their quote.

Went in about the crack on windscreen Wednesday. It was replaced at home on the next day. Great Service.

Had a defective rain sensor for the automatic wipers fixed on my Toyota Aurion. The technician was very professional and performed the job explaining to me the problem and how it was fixed - all at a very reasonable price.

I was very Happy with the final price on a new front and rear windscreen for my project car, firstly I was quoted $1100 for the pair, then I called a week later and was quoted $800 then I called a week later to make a booking and only Paid $600 so it depends on who you talk to on the phone but I ended up almost paying half price!:) they Don't take payment until after the job is done too which is great service

The boys were professional and quick. Getting the replacement was faster than quoted and they came to my location. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This guys are fantastic. No endless waiting holding the line, appointment made via couple emails. Kev and Pete arrived on the dot and did the job just within 20min, didn't even wasted a minute. The service was better than I could imagine! It was a seemless process even though my car had to go to a ford dealer the whole process was amazing! The guy that helped me and I wish I could remember his name deserves a raise

Never have I reviewed a business in a negative way before yet after the way i was spoken to from the manager here goes. Not only was I made to feel like i was stupid but i was also spoken to like a child, the manager raised his voice and i felt scared. Beware i think the man has some sort of hate for woman.

I recommended this company last visit as I was treated well and was given excellent professional service which was a few months ago. Now I would not recommend them anything more than tips to avoid tax.first I was quoted 25 percent more than what I paid 3 months ago and now offering me to pay less for cash which really is astonishing as I thought those days had long gone. How I can pay $295 last time now it is $395 unless I was willing to pay cash. SHAME ON YOU now I have taken my car down the road to Instant WIndscreens which gave me a good price and informed me that the manager used to work for them before being dismissed as he was a fraudster in the auto industry.
