Positive experience, would use again. Phoned on a Saturday about getting a replacement windscreen. Got booked in for following Wednesday morning which I thought was pretty reasonable given that the Tuesday was a public holiday. The installation was done at my home which made it all super easy. Stress-free from start to finish.

The company is extremely prompt if customer has any issue with the window replacement. My first experience where someone replies and followed back with a call, all within minutes. Next day issue sorted. Super duper happy.

Was met on time down at my car, fast service, good chat, better pricing. Having worked at a windscreen place myself, national have shown a massive level of professionalism in comparison to other company’s.

Very poor quality and service provided by these guys. I had my windscreen replaced through my insurance claim 8 months ago and now the windscreen has a cracked without any accident or any impact just sitting in the garage and I didn't drove my car for past 3 months. Rang my insurance and they asked me to take my car to National Windscreens Cheltenham depot for replacement as it is covered by their lifetime warranty. Drove 30mins to their depot and they refused to honor the warranty and say the windscreen would have been hit by a stone/gravel and asked me to make another claim through insurance. I am not convinced with their reasoning and think its totally BS and they are just making an excuse to not honor their so called warranty.
Stay away from these guys. Very poor quality of windscreens used and very poor customer service.

DJ from National Windsceens provided a replacement windscreen for my Nissan back in December 2020. The whole experience was excellent. I called up for and received a quote for my car model, which was 10% cheaper than the best price given by O'Brien. I had used O'Brien once before but reading all the good reviews decided to give National Windsceens a go. I confirmed the go ahead and they were able to book me in 2 days later. They have a system where you get an SMS with a link that you can use to then send messages to the technician which I found to be great. DJ arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He chatted to me whilst performing the job and he took great care removing and installing the new windscreen. Payment was easy, gave my credit card to him and he called the Head Office once the job was done, invoice emailed to me instantly. I would highly recommend National Windscreens Moorabbin if you need a professional to replace your windscreen, they're genuine and very fairly priced. Thank you! And keep up the good work!

Beware they use the cheap Chinese made FuYao glass which is glare and reflective compare to what I had Before which is OEM

Used them to fit for an old 60s mini, they knew what they were doing and did it as a great price!

Called in last week Friday 6: 13pm, quoted $450 for windscreen replace at Tuesday, girl in call centre ring me back at Sat saying because that’s huge windscreen (Ford transit) will be two man work new price $550.

Called in later Sat agree the new price but reschedule to Monday, they says is fine to do at Monday afternoon, guys in the store will contact me on Monday morning

Received the call Monday morning 7: 30am is fully booked, rescheduled to Tuesday morning, guys come in with broken windscreen says need rescheduled for Wednesday. They come in with another glass with problem. Mate I understand sometimes may be got trouble with it, but that’s too much
