I liked feeding the animals.
Cafe food was yum & lovely service. I'm 9 years old & I liked the art works & watching the lady paint.
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place.

I loved the gift shop - I felt like I could spend about an hour just looking at everything and reading about each of the individual artists and the stories behind their creations. It had such a vibrant yet peaceful vibe about it, with fairly priced items (purchased a few as gifts for an artistic friend back home) along with a very helpful and just down right lovely young woman who was manning the shop, just made the whole experience a positive one.

Very impressive gift shop and art gallery. Service at the cafe is a little slow so sit back and relax but very nice food

I enjoyed visiting Narana Aboriginal centre.

Very nice people work here (Good coffee) and the facilities provided are excellent.

An opportunity to view native artwork, historic information and live, native animals.

What a great place to visit.

Cosy Cafe and amazing grounds for the family to get up close to wildlife.
And best babycino in the state!

Drove past many times over the years, decided to take my granddaughter on the last day of the school holidays. One of the best decisions I've made, truly magnificent and top quality staff. Five stars all the way!

This centre is a wealth of information & education it is a must see. The centre has a feeling of inspiration & a rich in culture to be enjoyed, through the diverse qualities of the Aboriginal people. Through their art, crafts, jewellery, music, incredible spiritual & historical stories whilst enjoying conversation over a coffee and delicious meals. This is a delightful Wonderland for children with native Australian animals on display. On a Torquay highway just out of Grovedale with easy parking and wheelchair accessible this is an experience not to be missed for locals and visitors to Geelong.

We had a magical time at Narana. The roo wrap was excellent and the rich atmosphere was beautiful. We were lost in the fabulous art pieces. The staff were friendly and we loved the entire experience. And I found the best t-shirt ever for my African son-in-law!

It’s a great place to visit not only for children but also for adults. We love the painting on the ceiling in a cafe. My kid and I couldn’t leave when we shopped in the shop and bought a bag and mugs with aboriginal symbols. I first time met lovely emus. We also met the rescued baby kangaroo near the art gallery (Thank you for the staff for us to know him). We decided to search about kangaroos and their habitats and find out about ways of protecting kangaroos when we arrived home. All in all, it’s a wonderful place to visit and staff were approachable.

What a fantastic experience. Roaming with the animals and I even pat and fed a baby kagragoo. A complete thrill for a city 'pumpkin LOL.

A hidden gem!
Having a toddler means we are always on a look out to do something outdoor. Narana is a beautiful centre opt for all age groups. They also offer party hire.
Con Cafe menu is limited & little pricey for such a place.

Lovely art to look at and buy. Lots of interesting things in the shop. The Cafe food was very yum. The children enjoyed feeding the animals and the bushland. Just wished the there were more animals as the were quiet full and didn't want more.

Awesome place, would highly recommend to anyone and to people of all ages as there is something here for everyone.
The gift shop is amazing, the clothing range is proper trendy and the people here are super friendly.
I really liked the artwork and being able to walk in the open enclosure with the emus and wallabies. Young kids would love it here and it seems fully accessible for people using a wheelchair or similar. I will come back again, and this time I will remember my bank card.

A truely fascinating place to visit. The gallery contained wonderful paintings in both the traditional colours and style to the more modern pieces. Outdoors is an oasis of calm beside the highway. Food in the cafe is bush tucker inspired and delicious. Staff throughout the centre were friendly and welcoming. Don't forget to visit the gift shop.excellent shopping.
Thank you to all who made our visit memorable.

As you walk into the centre, you're greeted with friendly staff as well as all the beautiful artwork of the many artists
With a $3 cup of animal feed, we fed the Emus, Wallaby and Kangaroo. After our walk through the "forest" we had a meal at the cafe that served yummy food! It was a bit of a wait due to the Cafe quickly filling up with people but the friendly faces melted the wait away. Had a lovely time, I definitely would return for a visit again
Thank you Narana

One of my fave places to visit. Staff are friendly as. Food is AMAZING! Gift shop is always a pleasure to browse in. Looking at all the artworks and other products on offer. My favourite part is the bush walk out the back. With the kangaroos and wallabies and of course the emus. I love walking through there, and being Aboriginal it takes me back to country. Highly highly recommend a visit by anyone passing by. Definitely recommend the fish and chips. The flathead tails are the best and you won't be left disappointed with the sizing of the meals
