24I love the makeup and the finish product but customer service is awful. I made an appointment for 3pm for my makeup as have a function on that night. Only 2 girls working and the girl that is supposed to be doing my make up is serving walk up customers and it took 10 minutes before coming to start on my makeup which was a booked planned appointment.
Had my makeup done for a wedding. Abbhe was my makeup artist, not happy with haveing to wait till 11am, when my appointment was 10.30am. Found her very pushy, not the least bit helpful. Was quoted $95 for makeup, but was virtually forced into spending $148. Never again will I use this service!
Did my kitchen tea make up there and my face didn’t even last me a minute! Face was so patchy and eyes weren’t even blended I literally looked like a clown! I could of done my own make up better and I only own 3 products! Eyeliner was so dramatic and didn’t even use a concealer on my eyes to at least cover up anything. Worst experience ever!

Makeup here and they charged me twice for a product I went back about 3 times to follow up the refund and they always brushed it off.
