Never again I had horrible experience. When I booked I ask for full coverage, And she told me yes, it's cover everything. The same girl that she did my makeup later. First at all she told me you need to show me photo. And I told her I don't have any photo. She said no. You need to show me photo. What look you like to do. Then I showed her a photo I said I want like this she said okay
The photo that I showed her it was including everything eyeshadow eyeliner eyelashes everything. She said ok. Then I told show me what colors of eyeshadow that you have so I can pick what color I want for the basic and she said no. No. No, you need to show me a photo again. She said you need to show me photo. Then I said okay okay, I just I just need pink color. She put the eyeshadow and she started to do the foundation. Then I told her where the eyeliner is, and she said oh you need to tell me that you want eyeliner. You didn't tell me. And she did the same thing with eyelashes and the same thing with the blush. She was every time telling me. You need to tell me what you want to do. I was begging for makeup step by stepAre those people for real I booked for the full coverage and she asked me for photo, and I show her photo and I show her exactly what I want and she was keep telling me you need to tell me what you want Very rude, very bad experience never again.

Makeup artist was really slow making me so late for my hair appt and I advised her of my time frame. Couldn’t do what I asked for, my under eyes were still dark when she finished, I had to go home and touch up my under eyes, liner, eyeshadow, lips and under eyes.

Great experience. Sandy was my make up artist and she did a great job. Sandy was professional, patient and made me feel comfortable and I was so happy with my look.

I had a booking and was called one hour before to tell me they had no eyelashes left and that I had to bring my own. Wasn’t happy as this is part of the service

Very upsetting that my appointment was cancelled a day before the event what a let down and getting told on the phone that inglot is in the centre give them a call WHAT THE on top of that to go in another day to do my make up ahh no I needed it for the day that I booked for over a month ago very disappointing

Booked weeks in advance only to have my appointment cancelled on Thursday night… my event was Saturday morning. Left me no time to find another makeup artist. Very frustrating and incredibly inconvenient!

Went past Napoleon today and bought almost 200 worth of products. A lady named Heidi served me she was incredible and helped colour match me perfectly and helped to get the correct skincare products. She also said to apply foundation with a brush which helped immensely.

Could not recommend Heidi enough! She was very professional, friendly and gave me the exact makeup look I wanted. I received compliments all night

Hadiel has been applying my makeup now for my last three very important events.
I have never received so many compliments regarding my make up.
She is extremely friendly and welcoming, professional and very patient with me being a first timer for having a professional makeup service done.
Three events done and i can not wait to receive another service from Hadiel.
Highly recommend her. She knows her Stuff!

On the 21st May, I’ve never forget the day when Heidi has saved my day at Napoleon, after I had my makeup look ruined by other unprofessional makeup artist in a private home. She was fully booked out for many patients and it’s very rare to find someone else who is a genuinely and professional person to create a beautiful makeup on my face. I get so many compliments at the wedding about my makeup look and I highly recommended Heidi to my families and friends! She is a godsend to save the day and her hands are like magic to create a beautiful makeup look on my face. I’ve never felt so beautiful before. Thanks to Heidi, and I am forever grateful to have her as my makeup artist from now on! 10/10 stars!

I was complimented all night by everyone saying how gorgeous my make up was.
My experience at Napoleon with Antoinette was customer service, Professionally, friendly.
Antoinette treated me exactly like every other customer in there considering my was a complimentary make up at no time did Antoinette Treat me differently, even that I didn’t purchase anything at the end.
I walked away happy I definitely recommend to my Family and friends experience I had a Napoleon Epping.
I can say that Napoleon Epping because of Antoinette has won me over and I’ll definitely will returning back there.

The lady who did my make-up rushed through it. It was meant to be a 45min, but she took only 30 and stopped for 15 minutes to help a different customer. She didn't ask how I wanted it, or what "look" I wanted. I had to ask her to blend it a bit more and to change the lipstick as she used brown and I hate brown lips. Honestly she just slapped it on and was in amssive rush. When I got home there were still obvious make-up lines around my face and I was embarresed that I had walked around the shopping centre like that. Thank goodness I had no big event planned. I brought over $140 worth of makeup so I really expect better service.

This was my second visit to Napoleon.was quite disappointed after a positive first experience. Having an event the night of the makeup appointment and having the appointment run over time making me late for the event, even though the appointment started early was very disappointing. Further, to be pushed and pushed for the entire appointment to spend over my budgeted and quoted $95 was very upsetting and ruined my experience. If you are not going to allow customers to simply pay the $95 and insist on making us buy products that are overpriced and never fit within the $95, then at least have all products on hand so that we do not have to purchase products that we dont want or need. Overall this experience was very negative from the get-go, with no pink eyeshadows available, which was the look I wanted, the appointment making me late, not having the product I wanted and walking out of the appointment basically in tears due to being forced to spend a whole pay check rather than the quoted amount. Will not be rushing back anytime soon.

If there was an option this would have been no stars.
Went to get my makeup done but instead all i paid for was terrible customer service.
To be refused a common right to use the restroom before your own appointment by an incredible rude store manager, and be forced to remain seated is disgusting.
It was even more disappointing to then be allowed to leave by staff only to be told by the same manager because i went i had to choose a different package now because there was no time.
Needless to say because of this traumatic exeperience i will never be using this brand again.

As a loyal customer who uses their products I went to discuss am exchange of a product. This was the first time i needed to and i felt like i was interrogated by the police. In the end I walked away with the intent to never go there again because of her attitude. So I went to another store of napoleon who was much calmer, approachable.who after speaking to her manager was able work something reasonable for me. Customer service is everything. I would have given her a warning if I was her boss at Epping.

But its almost impossible to get an appointment

This place is amazing. I showed the artist a picture of what I wanted and she did it. Very friendly.
