Nando's Lysterfield

The whole chicken & medium salad was so good! Great atmosphere & service with toilets at this branch! Definitely will try visit again!

Since the new management, everytime I order food for pickup it's late 20-30mins from the estimated pickup time. Used to be perfectly on time before, sad to see.

Ordered $50 worth of food through a delivery service, food arrived stone cold - even though we only live 7 minutes from the store. Srsly large chips ($14) was a small bag, half full. Apparently that’s a correct serving size now? Get more for $3 from the fish and chip shop!
Took it back and the staff couldn’t have cared less. Begrudgingly re-cooked/heated the food.
Lemon & Herb wrap was super spicy.
Disappointing, we won’t be back.

Have to mark down in the food simply because salt is not available and the chips are ordinary without it. You can get Perri salt, but it's not the same. The chicken itself is quite good. At this location, parking is an issue. If you go at peak times, you will have problems parking.

Waited 45mins for a small takeaway order, as were several other people. Clearly short staffed. First and last time I’ll stop here

This restaurant lacks in customer service and professional management, food always takes forever to be made and staff are either dull faced or rude.

Came here for lunch and ordered a chicken pita with regular chips. The food came out quickly and it was tasty. Some of the negatives, on the other hand, were the limited parking, the portion size was a bit small for $17 and I did not like that this was a 'card only' establishment. I don't believe in supporting businesses that limit their methods of payment.

It’s good old Nando’s done well. No rush, fresh, not burnt, not over marinated & the restaurant is super clean with very friendly staff. A Great Nando’s experience.

The best Nando in Melbourne! I'm honestly surprised about the bad reviews, I eat here regularly and I could easily say it's the best nando (I've tried a lot).
The food is excellent, we usually order the avo wrap, bbq ribs, salad and chicken and chips, everything is fresh and well cooked and the salad is crunchy and refreshing. Staff are friendly and the manager is very accommodating. The place is kids friendly so it's great for families.
I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Omg every time I come here, everything is so hot and fresh the chips are never burnt. Always done well and I have been to almost 17 different Nandos

Terrible. Never dine in. Dirty. No service. Prepare to do everything.even so e cleaning before they serve foods. No plates. BTW.

We went to the store on Saturday 8.30pm for dinner after travelling 30mins but they refused to take orders by that time and we had to leave. Not good customer service. Disappointed.

This was the freshest and best food ever! We got chilli rice, Chicken and a halloumi burger. They also checked up on us to see if we want more food. If I could, I’d rate this a 6-star. Why is this the only good 5-star restaurant that I ever saw in Melbourne?

Used to be good but came here last night and it was awful the chicken in the burger was under cooked and pink and made us wait more than 20 minutes to cook another one never coming again? Sorry you’ve gone down hill

The food portions in Africa are better. Think I’ll go back to South Africa to get decent Nandos. On the upside I don’t think I’ll be gaining weight from my visit to Nandos Lysterfield today

Staff accidentally gave me a different cut of chicken than what I preferred. They were so helpful to not only replace it straight away, they even packed the original piece and gave it to me in generosity.

Our local Nando’s and love the food and staff here. It is a very busy place especially on weekends so be ready for long wait time. Jeff is a very friendly person and is always ready to help (with a smile) even if they are busy and under the pump. Keep up the good work guys.
