57 Not worth going to even if you're craving Nandos!
Horrible service, staff suggested to order via the QR code. Waited 30 mins to find out that orders via QR code don't work. Chicken was such a small piece
Sadly the worst Nandos I've been to. Consistently terrible chips, made even worse by the fact that this is my mandatory delivery option. Go to Caroline Springs instead.
Good food, plenty of parking. Would be good if they could clean the bird droppings off the outdoor chairs & tables.
Loved the staff and service. We arrived 30 mins to closing but they still served us and food was awesome
The worst Nandos I have ever experienced, poor customer service (Rudest staff I have experienced & Witnessed, hardly no products available and to top things off, waited 30 mins for a half chicken and some corn. Good luck, do yourself a favour and don’t go there, this is my first and last time.
BANG FOR YOUR BUCK excellently cooked chicken, been here number of times and always greeted and served with a smile.

So far this is the nandos that hire staff who so not really care.
Multiple order been mixed up, salads had to be sent back twice because of allergy issues, regardless explaining that to staff.
I believe the grills are not cleaned at all since no matter what base (or even no base) I ordered, food (even salad and potatoes in salad) was hot/spicy. When asked how is this possible l, staff lied that it is made like that originally. Interesting-. - anywhere else they managed to give plain salads and plain chicken from the grill.
This branch is simply not recommended.

The worst employees, they have a very bad attitude with everyone, they don't know how to deal with their customers, I had many bad experiences with them, they supposed to be trained properly or close the branch better for you
Couldnt get my order right, had to repeat it several times and paid for but did not get the chips or coldslaw fir which I paid extra, wrong salad provided, expensive, poor service and disappointing COVID standards. I should have gone with my gut and checked the order before I left. D
Easily the most relaxed place for mask wearing, just do as the staff do, don’t bother checking in no one seems to, and simply follow the staffs lead, wear your mask either on your chin, just you mouths not covering you nose or my favorite no mask at all because what pandemic. Good on you guys for behaving like some sovereign nation and not enforcing any of the basic rules us simple folk have to abide by.
Ridiculously slow. Waited over 40mins for a supreme pita &chips.after having to ask how long, was told they will express it.aka it was forgotten about.
This is the second time they have forgotten an item (lemon ice tea.) i ordered through their Nandos app for Brimbank shopping centre - NANDOS.
When you try to call them through nandos main line or their brimbank line. The line is busy / or unavailable / or no one picks up.
Few weeks ago. They forgot my pernaise bottle.
How can you expect to run a bussiness that doesn't even pack the full meal/ order for delivery.
First they misunderstood the order, secondly when we re-ordered chips, it came out soft not very hot. Disappointing as they usually fry lovely chips. Also the chicken pieces are getting smaller but prices still the same, if not higher. Dissatisfaction!
Can not get orders right. Contact customer service to complain and explain only to be treated like a liar.
Place is clean, service is friendly. I ordered chips with a tub of perinaise take away. I got home, was so excited for it, however I didn't get my perinaise.which is so disappointing. Just bad luck I guess
Chicken cooked perfectly. Was offered the option to get our mousse later which was very thoughtful. Quick service and great quality. Friendly staff as well
Worst NANDOS in the west! They don't accept cash, in total our order was almost $100! We requested x2 peices of thighs in one of our orders.they refused that. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
I went there recently and had to wait 60 mins after ordering via phone. If I knew that I had to wait 40 mins after already arriving I wouldn’t have ordered by phone. Chips in the kids pack were cold and customer service was substandard. Don’t recommended the place, it used to be good.
