Every time I have been to this nandos there has been at least a 30 minute wait. Never show any improvement in customer service or wait times. Very very disappointed
Nando's brimbank shopping centre is literally gud, i literally like there peri-peri chips no one compete that chips in whole Australia.
Waited over one hour for my take-away order. One of the worst services I have ever seen for years.
One of the best Nandos in the area. The staff is super friendly and the food is always amazing. It’s my go to place. Love all the kids working there, super cool staff.
Marion has served me over the years and she is absolutely fantastic. She puts love into her customers and goes so far to remember your order, she has an extremely friendly demeanour and is absolutely fantastic at her role. Thank you Marion, you are an asset!
Got my order after half an hour while it wasn't busy at all. Half chicken plus pery pery cheaps too salty that I couldn't have.
So disappointed with the quality of food. I believe it was deliberately fully salted and would be my last time. Don't recommend anyone.
I ordered online came to pick up my food for my family and still waited another 45 minutes and I watched other people order and get their food.

WORST NANDOS EVER! STAFF HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. CLOSES AT 9PM BUT REFUSED TO TAKE ORDERS AT 8PM. WISHBI COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. BRIMBANK NEEDS TO DO BETTER OR GET RID OF THEM!
We ordered chicken halloumi and 2 pieces of chicken leg but unfortunately the chicken were so small and presented very bad, the taste wasn’t good because they were undercooked, also the bun of our chicken halloumi was stale. The environment wasn’t pleasant because the music was too loud. I told the customer service to give us 2 pieces of chicken leg in one plate but he didn’t get it and charged me more. We paid 45 bucks but didn’t stay hungry after we left. So disappointed ️
Awesome service. Very satisfied with the food portions the staff provided me. They listened to my requests and fulfilled them in a timely manner. Will be coming back again definitely. Hopefully this service will stay consistent.
If you guys close at 8: 45 then change it to 8: 45 stop wasting people’s time this happens 3rd time never going back there
Been told they can’t take order for chicken (leg) because they have so many breast pieces left they have to sell them first, seriously shame
Been here a couple of times as I always go past them to get into the shopping centre. They usually take very long to get the food ready but yesterday was a big disappointment. I was there for half an hour (they told me the chicken would be ready in 20 mins). I followed up once and they told me the food was being made. The second time I asked them, they told me they had mistakenly stacked my order into the complete orders so my order was never made. I asked for a refund then left with an empty stomach.
I don't recommend this place due to the long waiting time and poor service. Also, the place is tiny and they usually leave trash on the table when they are busy.
I was told to order with a scan QR code at the table and pay via online.no cash accepted and they didnt serve me at the register.i walked out went to eat elsewhere.

Tasty food and the young staff are so professional, friendly and helpful. The renovations of this place is perfect. You can wash your hands before you eat and after you eat just like the store at Watergardens. I love both stores
Worst place ever. I eat at my Watergardens store all the time and decided to go to this one instead. I do not owe a bank account and I explain that due to my disability I only have cash, they don’t care they said they are a cashless store and don’t care, I quote u can eat somewhere else…disgusting!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! Tonight at 6pm there was a lady working at the front counter with the WORST attitude problem I have ever seen.completely ignoring everyone in line and just flat out being rude to the delivery drivers. (literally watched her walk off and ignore a customer) WILL NEVER be going to this Nando's ever again until that staff member changes her attitude.
