Friendly staff and good food! The service was quick even at lunch time - classic wrap was delicious!

The service was kinda trash to be honest went with my girlfriend
Asked for water they didn’t give us glasses and when we got some they were dirty
We asked to get them clean they said they were I checked again and I had to ask for them to get cleaned only to still be a little dirty

The girls serving me, on this Friday afternoon, we too lazy to wash the plates and put some of the dirty ones on the counter and served us with that.

Not a happy customer.

Disgusting experience at Nandos Bourke place.the person taking the order today at 12.30 was careless as she placed a wrong order. I ordered vegetarian wrap and I got the chicken wrap.there was no customer service or no sincere apology.the attitude was so careless. I gave 1 star as they gave me a veggie wrap upon complaining.very disappointing experience.never going here again ever.

20 mins to get lunch and it was $17.50 for a SALAD. Sure, it was delish but by the time it arrived I was almost ready to throw it at someone: P

Quick service, don't need to wait to long and delicious chicken Nando's. I like the flavor of the bbq chicken here, it's nice.

I ordered 1/4 cken meal. I found human hair inside the chicken. The service is getting worse at this nandos. I don't know how to upload pic otherwise it would be good for everyone to see the service I received today.

Long wait and low quality service. Will never go there. Staff don't know what they are doing and busy amongst themselves while customers waiting on counter. It's supposed to be a fast food place. 35 minuts wait for lunch time is ridiculous.

Nice Place but size of the chicken is Extra small. Not like the other branches where size is standard.

Great food, friendly staff.everyone greets you with your name and know your usual orders as well. 100/100 on service & positive atmosphere.

Its a very clean restaurant and the staff are very welcoming. Staff spreads smile and very friendly. When it comes to food its soo tasty and very quick. Overall very recommended place to have and chill.

So the loyalty points expire huh? Well, so be it, I wasn't going to be forced back to your store just to keep them valid. I guess now you guys are really desperate for customers too!

Oh and your chicken is way too small.

Did Nandos change the supplier of their chicken? Its poor quality not what it used to be. Half a chicken looks like a quarter.

Worst meal ever ate.they serve stale buns which spoiled my lunch. Had a bad experience and will not prefer to go over there again.

Its a good place with clean environment. Place looks so clean and staff is always helpful & friendly.

The chicken was under cooked and the toilets a sesspit of disease never going again what a disgrace

There are dinning area and you will choose your sauce from many kinds. We are 2 people and ordered Tear & Share Platter (1/2 chicken). Half a flame grilled PERi-PERi chicken plus toasted pita, quinoa & tabbouli salad, cucumber, red capsicum & creamy hummus dip with PERi-PERi drizzle. We ordered extra 2 pita bread.

Salad was boring, chicken was good, service is slow and often wrong plate is served and then comes later.
