Nando's

Nando’s has great food but more often than not the tables are dirty and you have to get staff to clean them for you. Not sure if COVID related but they also ran out of chicken hitch was disappointing given they have many other non-chicken options.

Frequently order Nandos via deliveroo app (more often than I'd like to admit) and always get stellar food. Always hot, always fresh, always well packaged and tasty!
Highly recommend the BBQ wings - these have been an excellent treat during lockdown.
Have been once in person and restaurant atmosphere was great.

Ridiculous customer service …. Especially one lady…. She don’t even know how to talk to customers

Nice and clean store. Good location. Tasty food. Friendly staffs specially Jasmine's so nice customer service and a good guide for food products.

Lovely service, quick turn around time of the food and great food as per usual. Much better than some of the other nandos around.

Put an Uber order through tonight, half the order was left out! When we called Nandos Niddrie they were rude! When we told them half the meal was missing, they said 'we have to put another order through Uber'
This was NOT an Uber problem, it was their mistake which soon turned into incompetence!
I asked to talk to the manager and the person on the phone refused to put him on.
Now we have to wait another half an hour to get half the order the store didnt provide, not to mention pay again for that order and another delivery fee!

Worst customer service Ive come across in a while!

Order lunch delivery with menulog.the wrap is okay. Chicken and broccolini is a little overcook.

Been here often, staff at the front are very friendly don't know what some these ppl are on about.sometimes have to wait a while but nothing out of the ordinary for busy times.if U want instant food that's been sitting in a tray going soggy go to Macca's.

It’s really nice place to have your great food with many selections to everyone, staffs are too familiar with everyone specially Sindhu.

Missed items in my order. Did not provide a refund or offer to replace items without reordering and paying a second delivery fee through menulog.

Great service and consistently delicious meals.
Been going there for several years and they have maintained their high level of service the whole time.

Food wasn't spectacular but it wasn't bad. Just a bit pricey for food that doesn't leave a lasting impression.

Friendly staff with quick service. Always a pleasure to visit the centrally located Nando's any time of the day.

Very very very poor customer service. Staff member is rude. If you can not handle your job responsibilities then you should leave but don’t haras your customer. I don’t want to give 1 star if there is option for zero star I will give you 0 star. Worst experience.

The worst customer service experienced in a long time. A hello and thank you or even a smile seemed impossible for the workers here. Will drive to Essendon next time

Nandos is something special and close to my heart. Where you feel the great taste of chicken and the staff is so nice.

6 people attending and provide a very terrible service. 40 minutes to wait for a plate and the cashier answered me with a bad attitude

Nando’s is best but in dis Nando’s take long time to prepare the food just for large chips they have taken more than 25 minutes I don’t recommend this Nando’s for any one who are hungry
