The garlic bread I’ve ordered doesn’t even looks like a garlic bread. It has no garlic on top and the bread looks like it was cooked in the oven. The time ive placed this order is not even the busy time for any restaurant. I’d like to get a refund for my order.

Every time I come here they make a mistake. This time my burger bun was stale and the bottom was so soaked in sauce it was soggy on outside and dry and brittle on inside. It instantly broke in half when I picked it up and contents went everywhere. I keep giving it another chance but always regret it.

I appreciate how nice the staff is. The place looks clean and neat. I just didn’t like the food. I had 1/4 chicken with peri peri sauce and fries. The chicken had very little meat, really little, very small piece and I didn’t like the sauce. But that’s just my opinion, the place was busy, so evidently many people like it.

I wasted my money and time! Irresponsible staff! Burger was half wet and chicken stinking!

Ordered delivery that never arrived. Rang the restaurant to locate the driver. Frank the store owner was very rude over the phone when we were trying to get help. Avoid it at all cost.

Been to this store multiple times. Never had a good experience. Service is very slow (even on quieter nights). Food is made and then left to get cold before being packed. I always order a side (aside from chips) and every time they always get it wrong. Customer service is pretty average.

First time having a cold hamburger in a restaurant. The burge bun actually out of the fridge and served.

Ordered for a takeaway. The food didn’t arrive. DoorDash was supposed to deliver and nothing. Had two hungry kids who went without dinner. Cannot recommend at all, taking peoples money and not delivering, between Nando’s and DoorDash they should be shut down.

What a disaster! I love Nando’s but not this one. Waited 1hr and 5 min for one burger and chips. And they didn’t seem to care. And then to make matters worse the food was cold! What a joke.

The girl who took my order hardly listened to what I was ordering and it came out wrong had to take it back twice

This establishment is complete shambles. Not many customers but are still hopeless. Wait times incredibly long and staff look like they have nothing between the ears. Never coming back

Everytime I order from the store through the Nandos app they forget an item. 5 times in a row is quite an achievement

This must be the worst Nando I have ever been. The young guy named Frank who received our orders couldn’t careless. We have been waiting for 30 mins with a young child and noticed the customers who came after us already got their food so I went and asked why and how far away of ours. That Frank raised his shoulders and said l don’t know. That was the best he could do - no apology, not even go and check for us.

We kept waiting for another 15 mins and found out that our orders for dine in was sitting in the takeaway table. That guy, Frank, came and walked around our table said nothing. He should see we have little kid sitting and waiting for food hungry and he couldn’t careless. Yeah, he should consider other jobs if he couldn’t care about service mind but this is beyond. I will never visit this shop ever again. I went there since we were late and want a quick bite and ended up taking longer time than the fine dining around there with appalling service. I never got so upset with service like this before. Unacceptable.

Avoid this at all cost and I’m sure there are plenty of other Nandos around.

Better than Airport West. This restaurant was actually open and selling their menu items during their opening hours. Never been happier in my life.
