Myhealth Medical Centre Bayside (Frankston)

Friday 12th August I was so unwell so went in the morning to see my doctor.
There were 2 receptionists at the desk, and I ended up speaking to the younger lady. I explained that I was unwell and that I urgently needed to see my doctor. The young lady asked if I had an appointment, which I didn’t, but I explained that I just need a certificate for my work as I was unwell and I said that it would not take more than a few minutes. The young lady said that she would try and put me in the queue, when the older lady interrupted her and stormed at me rudely with a raised voice saying “YOU DON’T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT”
I again begged to see the doctor asking just for a few minutes, when all I could hear was the old lady saying “YOU DON’T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT” over and over.
I had no choice but to leave and seek help in the chemist downstairs in the same shopping centre. Whilst I was waiting for the chemist I collapsed with extremely low blood pressure. I cannot thank the chemist Mr Ruo Chen Liao enough who quickly recognised how unwell I was, treating and assessing me, offering to arrange an ambulance.
I’m writing this as I’m a long time patient of this health centre and feel extremely disappointed. I want to highlight the fact the older lady receptionist showed no empathy, compassion or understanding to me being unwell, nor did she even care! This rude and arrogant lady should not be in this privilege role or representing your / medical business.

I will recommend Dr Ravi Ravoori if your are a male. He is the senior doctor in this practice. He is very friendly and easy to understand. Highly recommended.

I don’t come to this my health often but when I do I am well taken care of. The reception staff are always kind and compassionate. Though the drs get booked up quickly, they always try their best to accomodate me.

Excellent practice and Dr Ravi Ravori is the best GP we’ve ever had. Receptionist go above and beyond to help.

Dr Yasmin Kazi is amazing! Highly recommend her. She is very thorough and compassionate and goes above and beyond. The only doctor I trust for myself and my son.

Went and saw Dr yasmin a few weeks ago to see her about rashes on my wrists and hands and I asked her for a prescription for tablets or cream and she said to me that she couldn't give me a prescription because she said that I have still got some cream at home which I haven't got so I am still suffering with the rashes on my wrists and hands which get really itchy and sore. So not happy and thinking of changing doctors surgery's

Highly recommend this wonderful practice today was my very first consultation with Dr Nathan Engel and he is the nicest and most kindest doctor I’ve ever seen, receptionists are amazing here they greet you with a wonderful smile. Will definitely keep coming back here. I’m very happy on the service I received today especially with Dr Nathan, he explained everything well and was very reassuring.

Excellent practise they've got here. I usually see Dr Ravoori and unlike most bulk billing clinics I've been to he's very caring and insightful, not just trying to get the most amount of people in and out. When he's been unavailable I've been to several of the other doctors and they've been great too.
I highly recommend going to MyHealth.

Great Doctors but unfortunately now very busy and cannot get an appointment when required. This is the third time I have tried to get an appointment on the same day but nothing available until the following afternoon or the day after.

Highly recommend this clinic, and Dr Nathan Engel. I've always felt welcomed and the relationship I've built with Nathan over the past couple of years is something I never thought was possible with a GP. For a bloke in his 20's with mental health issues in todays society it can be very hard to reach out for help, Especially when you perceive yourself to be weak because of it. Nathan has always been welcoming and supportive, providing action plans and real, transparent advice on health issues, along with follow ups. Clinic is clean, and all the staff deserve the praise they get for the amazing work they do.

Visited here 2019 and continue with Dr Naseri. She has been so wonderful and caring. Have permanent diagnosis with health. Dr Naseri has always made me feel so welcome and not just another number. Sadly she left last week l will miss seeing her as my Dr hopefully they will get her back to this clinic.front counter staff our wonderful thank you

I really didn't think caring GP's existed after a misdiagnosis in 2019 resulting in throat cancer spreading. In remission in 2020 and l have managed to find a real caring and knowledgeable GP, Dr Ravi Ravoori at Myhealth Medical Centre in Frankston. A no rush manner, a simple blood pressure check on every visit and simply a very caring manner. He insists on correct information and has been keen to be onside during all my cancer checks. I have never spent less than 10 minutes with him as he is thorough in all his diagnostic assessments. He is also a GP who always follows up. The staff are friendly and to book online is simple. Well done.

I have been searching for a decent GP for most of my adult life and FINALLY I have found one who genuinely cares for her patients.
Dr Naseri is absolutely wonderful and always takes the time to listen and discuss treatment plans, tests, results, referrals and so-on.
From the moment of my first consult with Dr Naseri I felt so comfortable and heard.
It is very easy to feel like you're in a production line in a Bulk-Billed GP clinic but the staff at My Health Bayside always make me feel important and address my concerns with ease.
Dr. Naseri has gone above and beyond for me, to find appropriate referrals for treatments and procedures and I can't thank her enough for the difference this has made in my life already!

Always love coming here for myself and my family. Alway treated with respect and a smile, and leave well looked after, and well informed.

The doctors are caring and unbelievable service they are very popular and necessary to make appointment well in advance

Aa great place to visit, no delays with your appointments. Doctors know their stuff. Very helpful.

They have the best doctors here. That really take time to listen to you. I have moved further into the city but still will go here as it is the best patient care.

Everyone was super friendly. I went in there today to see Dr Ravi, and it was the best doctor visit i've been to. It is obvious that he is very passionate about his job. Keep it up!

Fantastic medical service with friendly staff and brilliant doctors. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic. Absolutely amazing.
