Reception staff and Dr R Ravoori are so helpful and accommodating. They take the time to listen.

This is a great medical practice. It is extremely well run. The Doctors are very attentive to detail and treat patients with utmost respect and courtesy. Also the other staff, practice nurse and reception staff are always helpful too

I’ve always had a great experience at this practice. Dr. Sophea and Dr. Ravi are amazing. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Very handy to have pathology service onsite as well.

Was able to get an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner who was extremely competent and efficient and was able to organise to get some tests done the same day

I am writing in response to "Andy and Sandy's" review. I was there the day she is referring to and observed the incident while in the waiting area, and i can tell you now her story has been embellished. Nobody was rude to her, no body rushed up to her. She felt entitled to see a doctor when there were no appointments, stating she only needed a certificate for work. She was told there were no appointments and told that chemists can give medical certificates. She said "but it'll only take 5 minutes. " Interestingly in her review she said she only needed a certificate but then the pharmacist offered to call an ambulance! Dramatic change from just needing a certificate to needing and ambulance! She left yelling that we was goimg to leave bad reviews everywhere. The staff were professional as can be considering the level of entitlement shown towards them. Only arrogant one was Sandy.

After having same Dr for years was so hard to find someone to trust again. Dr Yasmin Kazi was Amazing found her easy to talk to also staff very friendly, 10/10

Doctors are great but very rude staff when you go in. One staff lady yelled at me in front of my daughter.
We had an appointment due to fever and infection and we tested 5 days straight on rat test which were negative and doctor was notified and we were told to come in.
I tried to explain this to the staff lady but sadly she would not listen and keep yelling at us untill another staff member showed up.

Great Doctors & staff. Easy to get to. I would recommend them to anyone
