Thank you, Mei Lau, for going above and beyond for us yesterday. We were absolutely thrilled. And such a beautiful store!

I would like to congratulate Peters fantastic customer service from Shoe department. He acknowledged me as a customer quickly and asked me if I need any help. I made my purchase very happily. Wish all team members could be as nice as him!

I usually love Myer but I have found the range lacking and the staff disengaged bordering on rude. I wonder if it's because my hopes were too high after shopping at Myer Doncaster that shopping here afterwards was disappointing.

Always a good default, though usually quite pricey. I love coming here around Christmas to check out the Giftorium, but I almost never buy clothes here due to the prices (except perhaps the Dangerfield-branded dresses, which are actually under $100). Also has a very good range of toys and homeware items. Kudos for the recent addition of the cafe. There's also a parent-friendly cafe upstairs with a huge playspace.

Amazing update to the Store make it a true experience in shopping. So many brands with large stock. A real pleasure and staff friendly happy.

Have phoned at least 5 times and never seem to get a response. Myer, if you're reading this it would be great to have some staff on the phone!

Very small compared to other myer

The lift was out of service which was very inconvenient for people with pram or wheelchair

Bought a matress from a knowledgeable, personable sales guy - and no hard pressure was a pleasure to shop there.

Have phoned 3 times and each time no response. This would highlight the understaffing at Myer and lack of service to phone customers.

Myer Eastland along with Myer Fountain Gate are so far my favourite Myer stores. The amount of variety at the Eastland store is definitely outstanding. Worth travelling a long distance to go to.

I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them because their products are way too expensive so I would recommend going to JB Hi-Fi or The Good Guys since their products are much cheaper.

So hard to find anything.doesn't seem to have any obvious organisation. Overpriced but do have those rare things that are sometimes hard to find elsewhere.

With an upcoming wedding overseas I had to pick up a few things, one of those things were dress shoes so I asked one of the staff for some help to find the shoes on one of the manikins.
Khai was very friendly, offered his opinion without being pushy, very professional and helpful.
What could have been potentially an hour or so walking around lost was sorted out with his help within 15 minutes!

Disgusting service. Have been trying to call for hours to get in contact with click and collect and home and no one has answered. I’ve tried to get in contact with different departments to actually talk to someone, and they just transfer me to get hung up on again. Now I have to drive to the store and ask the question becuase your staff are too lazy to answer their phones. HORRIBLE.

Absolutely disgusting service.haven't been in a store for over a year.went to Myer Eastland today, won't be back. No wonder they're doing so badly!

Myer in general is good however don't go to the perfume section. Very little service and the young lady we had was sour and rude. Very bad service first thing in the morning.

I have always received excellent service from the staff here. Whether trying on clothes, searching for a particular product/size or returning/exchanging an item, I have never had any issues as the staff are readily available and very happy to help. There is also a great variety of products available here including men's and women's clothing and shoes, homewares and electronics to name but a few.

Understaffed. Poor customer service. Poor shopping experience. Low product range. 2 stars is being generous because I do love Myers (I normally go to the Bourke St mall). I'm someone who enjoys in store shopping compared to online and I usually take the effort to go in store. This place just makes you want to go to an online retailer.

Served by Louise who was a gem & helped me pick a few outfits I needed for upcoming hens & wedding. Great shopping experience for this tired mumma!

Terrible customer service! Was looking for a product (coffee mug) today. After asking for help and wasting my time for half an hour, two confused staff didn't know what they can do! Surprisingly at the end, I have been told that they know 16 of this should be available, but as they are not sure where it is, they can't open the boxes to find it! And they didn't even offer any other help. So disappointing MYER!
