Hardly anyone shopping at the store already, my elder mum wanted to purchase a $300 bag, been told to head to the perfume counter, said they couldn’t help and told us to head to the LANCOME counter, then again being redirected back to the bag department. The way these people treat their customers they should probably close down this store like DJ at the same shopping center.

Myer Eastland is a stylish shopping destination with a diverse range of high-quality products. Its convenient location within Eastland Shopping Centre adds to the overall shopping experience.

Fantastic place to shop. Plenty of shops to choose from and very very clean. Friendly staff and great places to eat or just have a coffee. Plenty of parking spots available.

What a joke trying to buy a travel case but NO One want to help trying to call number a dropped out 4 times NO ONE TO SERVE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO STARS

No Staff and if there is they don't want to help you. They should be grateful they have a Job. The Girl at Chanel today WAS SO RUDE as was the Guy at ESTEE LAUDER. I walked out with NOTHING and they should be stood down!

Called 6 times, trying to get through to home-wares/ kitchen and dining section no answer.

Absolutely horrendous service. We waited half an hour for an assistant to come serve us in the shoe area, as all the shoes were unlabelled and needed an assistant to bring them out to you. I went to talk with an assistant who was walking by before they sent me to talk to the checkout counter. I went to the checkout counter, who told me to wait for the assistant in the shoe section area. I would never return, and would rate this 0 stars if I could.

Not enough staff and staff not willing to help each other out.
Went to the counter and waited about 20 minutes to be served.
I felt sorry for the girl that was behind the desk because she was by herself.
She paged for help and no one came. Went out the back to get someone to help her and they refused.
There was as least three other staff members I could see around the store moving clothes around.

Staff here are so rude: was blatantly ignored by a staff member yesterday in the lingerie section while she laughed and stood there chatting with another customer and didn’t acknowledge me.

Staff were great help. Very friendly and I got what I needed. Prices for some things are a bit high but I guess that's expected. Has a lot of stock available so I usually get what I need.

Did some belated Christmas shopping on Boxing Day and picked up some good specials; staff as helpful and friendly as ever.

Great store located inside Eastland shopping centre in Ringwood. There are multiple floors and plenty of choice for different products for all. Great place to look for gifts, accessories and clothing for any occasion.

I was also looking in Myer for clothes and they always have so many options for different occasions

We visit Santa land. The staff where so helpful given I am disabled. We had also just had an upsetting experience with Eastland staff, so to have their kindness and fun cheered myself and my daughter up.

Had one of my best customer service experiences at Myer eastland. Came in purchase few dresses and had the an amazing customer service provided by a girl named Anhara.
Very friendly and a cheerful attitube. Would love to see her again next time i visit.

Click and collect is terrible from this store. Ordered something days ago and it still shows up as “processing” when I track the order, tried calling several times to figure out if the order will be finalised and ready for pick up or if they are now out of stock because they took so long to pick the items from the shelf - still have not been able to get through to an actual person at the store!

Tried ringing estee lauder on Saturday 4 times no pick up to enquire what l wanted
Then tried clinique no answer as well VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Now that there is no Myer at Knox, Ringwood is my closest. Eastland Carpark is the worst. Not worth my while anymore.

Very understaffed. Went there to refund a jacket I bought that was one size too small since we were unable to trade it in for a larger size.
Seemed like there was only one employee per floor and there were lines at the registers.

Need more staff. Terrible that they only put 1 person on in an entire makeup/beauty department
