Visited Myers Hush Puppies outlet, Irene provided excellent customer service, she was polite, understood our requirement and went extra mile to get the product and let us try, she kept up with us till the final invoice, what a great customer service!

Wanting to acknowledge the wonderful Zeba at Myer Geelong, I had to do some shopping on behalf of my mother yesterday during the sales. The store was so busy, however Zeba was extremely patient, helpful and professional. So nice to have experience valuable old fashioned customer service.

I've been shopping here for over 40 years, and I can't fault these guys on anything. Impeccable, stylish, modern and family oriented. Myer has always been the place to buy that special gift for the loved ones in your life.

Was able to buy some clothes for myself on sale, very much appreciated the staff who went out of their way to help me with fitting and size stuff too

We went into the Geelong store yesterday (22 June) I highly recommend Nadine who looks after the larger women’s fashion area. She made a normally demoralising experience wonderful and we walked out with a funky and youthful wardrobe. So grateful for her attention.

Fantastic customer service even though some items not available, including double checking storeroom. Was greatly appreciated.

Bought cooking appliances online through Myer website. Returned one of the items to geelong store within 30 days and got refined in a couple of day without any issue.
Will use Myer again for quality stuff.

Lovely and warm service, I purchased sunglasses from the Sunglasses hut section and the staff member that served was very nice. The facilities were also up to date and sublime, highly recommend!

Come in to pick up an outfit for my 2 year old daughter for a wedding in a few weeks. Some great discounted clothes that would normally be out of our price range.

Myer Geelong needs an overhaul. The set out is bad, staff are hard to find. Went to Werribee Myer a much better store.

The staff in this store are incredibly slow. They take a long time to process payments and don’t apologise when you’ve been waiting for a substantial length of time.

I had this experience at 3 registers.

I just went to buy a suit and nobody would assist me with the size so I left without the suit I went there to buy. The shop attendants that saw me there and did nothing should be in trouble for that experience.

Myer is so beautiful. The Xmas decorations are so amazing this year, such a big variety of styles and colours. There is some great markdowns and my grandson loved the toys.

Better than the one in Chadstone miraculously.more variety, stock and set out well. Myer really seems to be struggling overall at the moment with so many other retailers doing a better job.

Staff were helpful and friendly. There was no rush rush to purchase and we asked alot of questions.

On the first visit, I had been having trouble sourcing a stainless steel dish rack which wouldn't rust (two that I had bought from another store had rusted fairly quickly and had to be returned).
I have to say that I was very impressed by the excellent level of customer service provided by Brenda, who sheperded me to the area and helped with finding out details of the products. Unfortunately because it is a smaller store than Melbourne, it didn't have the item that I had seen online and none of the other racks were what I was looking for, so she suggested another store in the centre, where I was luckily able to find a rack that suited my needs. The lady at that store said that they had referred people to Myer when they didn't have a product that a customer wanted, so it went both ways.
On the second visit, I had to return a slow cooker which I had bought online, because the crockery pot inside was too heavy for me to handle. There was no problem with returning it at the store (my adult son had to carry it in for me), and the young lady there was efficient.
I have heard people say that they haven't been happy with the customer service at Myer generally. Fortunately, this has not been my experience at any Myer store I've visited (interstate or in Victoria). I've found all the staff that I've encountered to be helpful and mostly friendly (and the times when they haven't been friendly have been very busy times when I'm sure they've just about been run off their feet!).
