Terrible online system. Ordered before 12pm on saturday for an item they had instock and when I didnt receive an email confimation by the next morning I headed down. While down there the lady said they had only 2 in stock and I had to wait until a delivery from other stores came in. Ended up waiting till wednesday when I paid for a product with a guarenteed delivery by saturday

The gentleman that served myself and my partner at roughly 1;45-2pm today was AMAZING. Don’t know his name - he was in the kitchenware section and spent a good 20 mins with us. We had been looking for dinnerware for 2 years and he helped us make it all happen. He said he was new but he did a fantastic job. Please thank him again for us, we really really appreciate it. He helped us buy the 30+ items of maxwells williams dinnerware. Best service ever. Thankyou again

I arrived at 5pm on August 5th (3 hours from lockdown) to pick up a click and collect order I placed a few days earlier. The store was closed 4 hours earlier than advertised online, and when I got the attention of a worker inside she turned me away and said “come back in 7 days”.

I was upset and I was only picking up socks! I can’t imagine what other customers who have a family to care for and a business to run who are relying on the items they’ve already paid for. I understand the lockdown was impending, but to unexpectedly close the store an entire 3 hours before they legally needed to shows a lack of compassion and care for the people keeping them in business.

I asked where to find a Maxwell Williams tea lot. The friendly staff member took me right to it. I'm glad I asked.
Checkout was thorough & quick.

Very disappointed of this retail store. Services from staff. There is know warmth to welcome customers at all with a smile etc. There isn’t much advertising in the store, to make you feel you want to buy. Stock is low or haven’t got the products you want. They would have much more customers in this store. Perfumes counters don’t have good displays what you could buy that’s new. More beauticians. It really needs some class for the peninsula. No wonder stores are closing. Now people are going to lose the jobs. Disappointing.

A little short staffed on a busy Sunday while trying to find kitchen items on a wedding registry. Love the products though and a big thanks to Ruby for amazing customer service.

40 minutes trying to get a staff member to answer a question about a coffee machine. Left without a single staff member speaking to me. Worst customer service ever. Will never go there again. Any wonder they're going broke.

Went to Meyer Frankston electrical department 25/1. Service non existent even though there were 2 staff. 1 more concern about her fingernails and the other lady looking at half empty shelves. We stayed there more than 20 minutes then just left. Quite surprised as there were no other customers.

Went to this Myer store specifically to purchase wedding gift, this was the only location that stocked the item we wanted. The staff were very helpful & prompt, even though it was pretty Xmas sale time very busy. We still got great service.

Poor service! The elderly assistant in the lingerie department was overwhelmed by 2 customers. Without listening or thought or hesitation said "I cannot help you". Funnily enough Myer Southland sorted my enquiry in less than 3 mins.

Had amazing service from the Beautiful Samantha today at about two o’clock on the bottom level of Myer. She was so so polite to not just me but all the customers in the line. So nice to speak to someone in retail who is happy to talk to you and help you out. Thankyou so much Samantha!
