Myer Frankston

Sad about Myer closing I blame these online shoppers that are too lazy to go to the stores.
Soon there won't be any shops left.
Frankston is already dying with empty shops. At least we still have Karingal hub but the way things are going how long for.

Myer Frankston used to be 5 star. Unfortunately it has gone downhill since covid as far as brands are concerned.

Nothing special. Brand names only, if you are after that. I believe Kmart, BigW and target are more sensible options. DFO Moorabbin is the place to go for closings as per wife.

I think everything is over priced. I am surprised they are still operating. They need to be more competitive.

Friendly, efficient staff. Wide range of quality products, my favourite department? Lingerie, of course. March 2022 update.well I needed to visit the lingerie dept today to buy some bras for my Goddess! As ever very friendly and helpful staff.

Always like shopping here because of the friendly service. Would love to see a refurb on the old girl and bring in more lines. Looking a little tired. My favourite store in town.

Shopping at Frankston I twice went to the service desk on the ground floor, both times I was attended to by Danielle, would be hard to meet a friendlier more helpful person. It was very busy and both ladies kept their cool and their smiles, they are a credit to you. ️

MYER FRANKSTON - Ordered a bed in January and have had delivery date changed 4 times by now three different staff members. Notified last week that base was another 4-6 weeks away. Our order was apparently ordered incorrectly and just received another call to say that new order was only placed last week. Staff need better training when putting orders through. Thought we'd go with MYER being a bigger company but CUSTOMER SERVICE has been nothing but TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a bed.from MYER.

Just a bland store. Nothing making a shopper wanting to go in. Only went as it had been quite some time since being in Frankston.

Horrible customer service and lack of communication between staff.
I have wasted so much time trying to resolve an issue and when I call customer service the phone disconnects. How are you still in operation?

Sad looking store well past it's use by date.doubt it has been updated in 40 years in some parts. A real shame!

Myer Frankston santa photos - don't waste your time and $$$, we will be going back to westfield next year!
Santa was good, made small talk with kids. Workers/photograpers were terrible, massive rush, no communication skills, rushed in and out - had a 5: 50pm photo time must of been knock off time. Save your $$$$ and go elsewhere.

I believe Myer opens way too late on Sundays, given they open at 11.00am so many people walk away.

The staff are very helpful and will go to great lengths to search for what ever it is you need.

Tried to buy a dress shirt here but couldn't find any staff to help me, so I left, terrible service

I do the right thing and QR code before I enter the store. I was being watched by the staff member. Next she becomes so rude and demands to see my phone. You’d think I was breaking the law. And you want to know why customers are getting angry.

The staff within Myer have always been fantastic in my view, roaming around the large floor space offering assistance to those who look lost. I was after a pair of boots and needed a size from out back, a found a team member who grabbed the box for me. We found the size I wanted and opted to go for the Hush Puppies instead. Friendly bubbly team member at checkout, great experience.

The kind woman in charge of click and collect orders this afternoon is an absolute asset to this store. Beyond friendly and very kind.
