Good range of products, but building feels musty and old needs a major revamp don’t like the feel of the building but what can you do

This store is always well stocked and being Boxing Day there were great specials. Staff are friendly and helpful despite being busy. My only criticism is that the store itself is quite dated and tired, some money spent on a facelift would improve the whole shopping experience.

The staff make this store. Every staff member I have dealt with give excellent friendly service. All willing to help you. I wish all Myer stores had staff like this one. Very positive shopping experience

So sad to see the iconic Myers in such a run down state. Lifts broken, Canteen Closed, shocking state of toilets and buildings

I've rang 20 times on the 19/12/2022 asking to speak to various stores in Melbourne to enquire about Joseph Joseph ironboards.
Not once did anyone answered the phone after about 3 minutes l get disconnected.
It's absolutely a disgrace. The service is absolutely well and truly below pair.
Lift your game Myer. No wonder people don't shop at myer these days

Haven't been here for a long time, and
I came here today for work with a client, for an old building that needs some work, it still looks ok inside.
We found the staff very friendly and very helpful with what we were looking for.

What I love about this store is that it's not too big and it's been able to maintain the country g

I think it is a terrible shame that considering the history of Myer in Bendigo the building inside and out is so unloved. Staff are absolutely lovely. Just think it’s time that some money is spent on brining the building back to its former glory.what a terrible shame

I purchased among other items, a shirt for what was supposed to be $99 (full price, not on sale), when I got home, I found I had been charged $119 for said shirt. I took a photo of the shirt and went back to Myers in Bendigo with my docket. I was told that wasn't enough evidence, that I needed to bring in the actual shirt back to prove that I had purchased it, the photo (taken in my home with ticket still attached) and my docket were not enough! So I had to return home, grab the shirt and come back to the store to have the $20 that was wrongly charged on my card, returned to my card. This whole episode cost me far more than $20. My fuel, over 2 hours of my time, my sanity and dignity, as Phoebe the manager made me feel like a second rate customer. My time and money is important to me, I would've got much better service elsewhere. Totally disgusted and I will not be returning.

Loved it, loved the locals and loved the variety of items. An absolute pleasure to shop at, hence spent a fortune. Bendigo is not a small regional town it's big on all they do

Bought some underwear at a great price whilst visiting Myer Bendigo on 9 July 2022. Amazing service that day at about 4pm.

Rang today to see if there was more of the same garment available and had the best service ever! Thank you so much Debbie? In the underwear department and Katherine at the Hub who arranged postage to my home in Melbourne. The service provided was outstanding! Two amazingly helpful young ladies.

Old and in need of a Reno. Woman who served us in mens wear was fabulous! But staff in lady’s shoes were happier chatting with each other than the customers waiting. Shop is well located.

For a very old and run down store I was surprised to see so many staff working on a Sunday and so many bargains

Didn't have stock for an item that went on sale, went to purchase online and my order got cancelled within a few hours, now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund

Staff very helpful, couldn't find what we were looking for, young Lady checked on the system and found that there was one left in store, was located and purchased.
