Worst service ever.booked for an appointment for 11am and waited until 6pm and still no callback.called and spoke to the reception name Karen who advised the GP will call back and no call backs at all

Pankajam Kandasamy is the most amazing doctor I've ever had. She has a beautiful bubbly personality and is genuinely caring. She has been a friend to me as well as a Doctor. She was as excited about my pregnancy as I was and took ever precaution due to my age to ensure all boxes were checked.
I have been seeing Panka for 5 years and will miss her here in Kilmore.
Camberwell have gained a great doctor!

Booked appointment but still have to wait everytime (Minimum 30min), last two times they called me an hour ago of my appointment time and said that " you have to recidual your appointment besause GP is not available or cancle it but if you cancle then, they will charge cancellation fees. So beware of their policies.

Really bad experience from past appointments. Always waited more than half n hr. Taking appointment means nothing.

The doctors here are really good, have never had an issue with any of the team. Would say that the entire practice is poorly run, if you have an appointment do allow at least 1 hour as there is ALWAYS a delay. Post surgery i had to come everyday for a month and the average wait time is 30 minutes after the time you have booked for. If you are pressed for time, I would consider going somewhere else

An updateded Review: Disrespect patient appointments. Every time I come I wait extra 25 to 35 min to see the GP even I come before my appointment by 15min. Also, there is 35AUD registration fee!

Recently had injectables done with Dr Panka and she was amazing! Very professional and super affordable prices. We had a consultation prior to discuss treatment, making me feel extremely comfortable. She explained every part of the treatment. My lips look so amazing and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Panka was truly incredible and wanted to say a hug thank you for my experience. I highly recommend her treatments and this clinic.

I was in the clinic on Friday and just wanted to say what an amazing job all the reception staff, nurses and doctors are doing! It was my first time to the clinic and from moment I walked in I felt very welcome. Yes the wait time is long but it's bulk billed and wouldn't rather the doctors took their time with you. Very caring doctors and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the staff, you are doing an amazing job during these covid times!

If you wanna waste time in waiting come here. My Appointment supposed be at 10: 10 and I saw the GP at 11. They don't respect your time and they don't apologize

DO NOT GO HERE FOR MENTAL HEALTH/ILLNESS RELATED REASONS. There is absolutely no understanding of how to talk to and help those suffering from mental illness, I've had to go here multiple times cos there's no other bulk bill near me and everytime i am openly laughed at, mocked, or ignored. They don't listen and only make assumptions. Examples: I saw a lady in a headscarf about concerns of having a binge eating disorder, she didn't listen, talked over me and while pushing me out conversation wise told me I should only be concerned if i double my weight, i told her i already had, then she decided to actually give me help.she didn't bother asking she just assumed. Another occassion I called to renew scripts, a few months prior i had asked for a refferal to a psych for a medication review, the gp (Jimmy) asked why i hadn't seen the psych. These are questions i don't feel comfortable answering, but i said regardless that my mental illness makes it very hard for me to organise things like that, he then replied laughing that "it's pretty straight foward" this was completely ignorant to say so i didn't reply, he later had the same mocking tone and said i needed to "help myself". He also pushed the idea that i was fine and didn't need review of medications because my current ones were so high and i probably felt fine, i told him i didn't which was when these mocking tones began.to a healthy person yes these things seem easy, but anyone with mental illness or proper education on such that these things can be impossible for those with mental illness. Ignorance, nothing but ignorance. Harmful assumptions and absolute absense of education or understanding with anything related to mental health.don't go here.

Dr Siddique is a very good doctor and reception staff are very helpful. Wait time was fairly quick too. Will come back to this clinic.

Great clinic! Sometimes the wait times are long but the doctors really take their time to care for you.

Professional, friendly and open clinic that’s welcoming to all. Staff are friendly and happy. Level of care I have received here has been fantastic, professional and affordable. Dr Panka is an amazing doctor and very empathetic. I can't praise her highly enough.

Very lovely reception girls that are very helpful. Dr Sutha is very good doctor, he really cares for his patients. Great clinic that is bulk billed. You are all doing very good job during these covid times.

Dr Hanna is an excellent GP - very patient, and with genuine concern for your well-being. Reception is very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Sarah, who's always willing to go the distance to help!

Had an appointment on Saturday with Dr Hanna and it was the best experience! The wait time was short which was a bonus. Dr Hanna is very nice and caring. I thought he was very thorough and took his time to explain so that I could understand. I will definitely continue to see him as my doctor

Have been coming here since it first opened.

In the early days there was no long wait and you saw a doctor very quickly. However now it has turned into a typical bulk billing clinic where it is constantly over booked and running extraordinarily behind.

After waiting 22 minutes to see a doctor, I asked who was left in in front of me, and the receptionist advised 1 more person. I advised them to cancel my booking and left. Waiting that long would be have meant I was there at least another 30 to 40 minutes before I even saw a doctor.

Wait times like described above are normal.

Please note the doctors there are lovely, and I've only had positive experiences with them. But I don't have the time nor should I always have to factor in a long wait for a 6 min appointment. Especially when my area is well serviced my other clinics.

Don’t go to this clinic, as they will not make you feel better but instead you will go through traumas. Dark skin nurse will make things difficult for you. We consult doctors because we are unwell, but not this clinic, it’s all about money.

Had a swab test for flu symptoms and asked for my results but they wouldn't give it to me over phone or in writing and forced me to make another doctor appointment, where they were then 30 minutes late in serving me. Total inconvenience and waste of time.

Been here twice, doctors were friendly and efficient. Receptionist was accommodating also. Really handy with pharmacy just underneath. Bulk billing available. Overall my experience here has been really good.
